Bajaj Finserv — Complaint against loan

Dear sir,

had written to bajaj finserv at [protected]@bajajfinserv.in on 15th feb, I wrote to them again on 16th, however, neither have I received any acknowledgement of receipt of the email, nor I have received a call or email. Please find enclosed the mail sent to them:

I have two loans running with loan amount of Rs. 1800 and Rs. 1444 respectively with Bajaj Finserv. My registered mobile number is [protected]. on 12th feb, i received a call from [protected], [protected] and [protected], asking me to make the payment of the above mentioned amounts manually as the ECS facility had been stopped and the payment was overdue.

I told them that I will make the payment today which I did within 2hrs. After making the payment, what took me to surprise was that the same amount was taken out from my bank account. I confirmed the same through netbanking again and found it to be true. Next day, I contacted Mr. Kamal Rathi on [protected] who was responsible for payment collection and he gave me the number [protected] of Mr. Rishi whose number after multiple tries was always switched off.

Now, I want a clear explanation as to why the payment was taken out from my bank if I was told that the ECS facility had been stopped?

If the ECS facility was still on, then why was the amount not debited initially itself.?
Details are as follows:

Loan number - 401SCE04957893
amount - Rs. 1800

Loan number - 4010CD[protected]This was supposed to be the last EMI)
amount - Rs.1444

I have also attached my bank statement for the period mentioning the details of the deducted amounts.

I find this to be a purely cheating case and demand that the respective amounts be credited back to my bank account as early as possible. Otherwise, I will have to escalate this issue till the hightest level.
