Dear Bajaj Finance Team, I had one consumer loan with the reference number is 4040CD00511047. I took the loan on August 2013 and 15 October 2013 I chose option for Foreclosure option online and I pay 23.233. So Its should we close on the November onward. But in a statement its showing overdue charge 150. May I know reason for that. And my 23.233 its showing on payable at 23 January 2015. Please clear my doubt as soon as possible. Before taking any legal action. Thanks

    Hi, I am having one loan from bajaj finance and my loan due date is 5th of every month. Due to some problem I count make the payment on time. I tried to do the payment on 2nd of feb 2015 and amount got deducted from my iob account but i got the failure notification from bajaj saying transaction was failed. Hence i had to make one more transaction using the same account and it was again declined.l. but my failed transaction amount has not been credited to my account yet. I have been calling bajaj finance customer care and they are not bothered to answer the calls.

    like i purchase our product and this product money debit is this bajaj executive
    bajaj person is cancel of my lone ecs mandate form and he is say i reject your mandate form all time and you give rupee charg all ecs
    this executive name is not me say but i send my pay receipt and this person sing is available in bottom for bajaj finance ltd cashier
    bajaj is not registour in our bank ecs mandate so my ecs is bounce and bajaj is not good work because i all time fund in our bank and bajaj is not send me reason of bounce my ecs

Rgds, Bajaj Finserv, so in that link I payed the amount but after two day again deducted 2299/- again. Why this deducted again?           I have received call from Bajaj finance for the Home Loan. They have taken scanned KYC documents & gave approval for 30 lac for Home Loan. As per their communication, I have to do NEFT to their A/c Rs 60856/- as advance EMI of two Months then they will deposit the 30 lac as a loan to my a/c. They refuses for Loan approval letter on their letter head. Their email is [protected]@financier.com & their contact Nos are [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected].

                I am very much frustrated from unwanted and unlimited marketing calls of Bajaj Finance. Irrespective of so many requests of not calling me and Registration on DND, I am getting calls again and again. Today I got another call from Sanjay[protected]. Here are given another numbers and calls history [protected],[protected] Oct., 2014 [protected] on 15th Nov., 2014 [protected] on 18th Nov., 2014 Sarita # [protected] on 2nd Dec, 2014 They never checked DND registration rather just call and disturb coustomer. I would suggest never ever buy anything from Bajaj Finance so that you can avoid such wasteful calls from them in future. Regards, Krish

                  have any money.I am receiving threatening call today at 1.36pm then
                  3.00pm then 4.05pm & some miss calls at 10.00pm yesterday night

                  court ( TIS HAJARI court no 2 ) saying that he will take care of me a
                  warrant is issued on my name & if i dont come to him he will come
                  & arrest me and he wants me to meet
                  him right at that point of time. he abused me & my family they said
                  ki aukad nahi hai toh liya kyu aapni maa bhehen ko bech ke leke aa &

                    My complaint is- Before servicing Rolling and pickup of bike on 3rd, 4th and 5th gear was very good but after servicing Bike is running heavily in 3rd, 4th and 5th gear & pickup became worst on these gears and Rolling is like that somebody applying brake, though both wheels are rotating freely. When bike is running on the speed of 40-50 KM and accelerator is stopped bike starts stopping immediately. This was not happening before servicing. I think why I have given the bike for serving and taken Annual Maintenance Contract. If I have been knew the consequences of this servicing I have not been given the bike to this agency and paid 2000/- to for derating of my bike. Hope for favour.                       Dear Sir, Greetings My loan no (Proposal/Loan No: 412/029101) in your company for purchasing pulsar 150 cc (No. TN 58 R 6441) I have completed the loan and received the NOC from your madurai bye pass Road office File the NOC in the RTO office and removed the hypothecation The Loan cancelled in my RC book and it is effect from 09 - June 2009 But still your person were saying that my loan in pending I have attached my RC book for your reference you can see the removal of hypothecation So please check the attachment and cancel my loan Account and update me at the earliest If you have updated in CIBIL please remove that also please update me that the earliest Even i have sent several mails and contact them over phone, there is no response from there side I trust you whole heartily, that you will resolve my problem Please assist me to get it resolved Feel free to contact me if you have any queries Awaiting for your speedy reply

                        Hello Team, This is to inform that it has been 4 months since my Consumer Loan with Bajaj Finance has closed. However, I have not yet received my NOC nor has the same been updated in CIBIL as loan closed. My customer id is: 11945975. My Loan Account number is: 4040CD00488115. I have checked the Bajaj Finserv Lending website. However, I do not see the letter issued. I have tried contacting customer care several times but I do no receive a favourable response.                           I have given my Bajaj Discover 100-5G for Servicing on 22.01.2015, in FRONTIER BAJAJ workshop 855, North Civil Lines, Nagrath Chauk, Jabalpur for the following: 1. Changing Brake Shoe. 2. Changing Gear Oil. 3. Rarely slipping of Kick. 4. Washing. During Servicing, I received a call that clutch is to be changed, I agreed.                             I am Bharati Gupta mobile no-[protected], loan a/c 4100cd0041423 EMI 1469 per month Unfortunatly it is bounced from my a/c due to your fault.because it is debited twice in a month which is first 2/9/2013 and another20/9/2013and for that bounced charge is already IDBI bank deducted 225x3=675 from my a/c.I complaint your company collector executive Subhashis Mukherjee on dated-22/11/2013 with bank statement but no any relief till date your company demand EMI bounced charge at present rs1050 so I request to you solve my problem&oblige and unbloced my EMI card for further purcheses

                              I am Nandkumar Kulkarni from Thane. I bought one Whirlpool washing machine & one Samsung Oven from Reliance Digital, Korum Mall, Thane (w). When I checked my account on bajajfinserv.in & shocked to see that some BALIC PREMIUM CD LOAN (577BAL[protected] in my aacount with my other loans. I do not understand what it actually is? & I did not apply for such kind of loan and I was not told anything like this when I bought those products. Why this extra loan is being associated with my other loans? Please Kindly Cancel this Balic Premium CD Loan bocause I did not apply this loan, Please help !

                                Hi Need you support in understanding below issue..I have linked all my EMIs till Aug 14 with my salary account.. But Bajaj Finserv customer representative had called me and asked me to pay 700rs as a cheque bounce fine for the month of Jan 14..!! FYI: I have taken 3 Loans using Bajaj Finserv card worht of 2 Lakhs+ till date and there is not even single EMI which I have paid after due date.. You can even check all my recordsBut due to technical error, amount was not deducted from my salary account for 2 months(i.e Jan 14 and Feb 14) and Executive person came to me and collected amount for those 2 months..!! This Technical error was known to everyone..The amount was collected from me on 4th or 5th of those 2 months, which was not my mistake as he came during those days to collect the amount.. I have cleared asked him whether it will create any problem, but he said that the amount of 700rs which was reflecting in portal will be waived off as it is not my mistake but some technical error and it will be waived off once I clear my EMI..!! So please guide me to understand the procedure and why I should pay for this as it is clearly not my mistake..!!If required I am ready to produce my bank statements for those 2 months, which clearly shows that I have enough balance for EMI payment in my account..!!

Whenever i called their marking team or their manager, they said sure today will credit. But past 2 month I have followed them, no one take action of this. But they have intimate to me EMI start from 2-Feb-15 with interest. I don't where i will compliant. I am decided go to some other bank or again LIC.
