Respected Sir / Madam, With Reference To The Above Mentioned Subject, I Am Mangesh D Ayare Filling A Written Complaint Regarding Incomplete Information & Fraud For Loan Procedure As Well As Taking Undue Advantages Against Bajaj Finserv Limited. The Representative Of Bajaj Finserv Called Me Dated 18th Jan 2018, & Gave Incomplete Information Regarding Loan Procedure. Unfortunately Granting Loan In Those Period. As Per The Instructions Given By The Representative Of Bajaj Finserv, I Fulfil All Those Conditions, I Also Paid Sum Of Rs. 2, 14, 500/- As Per Their Condition. But In Recent Period They Demand Excess Money For More Formalities For Granting Loan From Their Institution, But I Denied Their Demand & Requesting Them For Cancellation Of Loan & Refund My Money. For Repayment They Are Not Taking Any Interest & Telling Me About Repayment Charges Must Paid Total Loan Amount On "2%"Charges Rs. 30, 000/-, For Loan File Cancellation & Three Months Procedure Period. I Am Requesting You To Kindly Help Me To Obtain My Money From The Company I Have All The Call Recording, SMS & Representative's ID Proof Evidence Of Relating To Matter.
