Bajaj Finserv — Deactivation of emi card | |||||
On 19th september 2016, my account was debited with rs.99 in lieu of not using bajaj finserve emi card. Few years back, i have taken loan from bajaj finserve (Customer id 6546635) and the same were recovered in due course of time (Please see attachment). After successfully paying the loan amount, i am fined or not using the card again. I have already raised a complaint for reversing the amount transacted at my bank. an amount of rs.99 has been debited from my account for not using emi card. if i don't want to purchase in current time by using emi card, then why should you debit the amount? Ydidnt you gave any prior information? Bajaj Finance i want reply from you.

same has happened with me. Rs. 117 debited for not using card. Why should use this card if I don't want to.

After successfully paying the loan amount, i am fined or not using the card again. I have already raised a complaint for reversing the amount transacted at my bank.
Deactivate the card, my account & any link related to my account immediately and repay the amount asap.

A few years back I have taken consumer goods through Bajaj Finserv lending. Later they posted an EMI Card for future use. Entire loan is cleared. Now an amount of Rs.117 has been deducted from my account. IVRS is not leading to Card cancellation option. Kindly suggest the right way to cancel the EMI Card.

my loan is clean and clear ..so now please deactivate of my emi card [protected]. inform me detail in my mobile number [protected].
Kindly deactivate my Bajaj Finserv EMI card as i am not using it and i dont have any pending transactions
in the card. I have a bitter experience with this card.
