Bajaj Finserv — deducting money for product insurance which we didn't opt for | |||
Product(lenovo laptop) purchased on 28/1/2019 from Shweta Computer park in Vijayawada(invoive no. [removed]). We have purchased laptop through bajaj finance on emi. As per the requirement we made some down payment and emi started. In starting only the product amount emi was deducted from our bank account. After few months extra amount started to deduct. When we reached them, they said that it is for insurance of product. But we didn't opt for any insurance because we already have company warranty of laptop. They said that they will look into this and cancel our insurance. But after few days they sent message that it cannot be cancelled since one month period was over. As the amount started to deduct few months after purchase we approached them by seeing that else if we had known earlier we would have approached them immediately after purchase. We approached their office many times and contacted their customer service many times. Every time they say that they will cancel our insurance and refund us but they never did. Desirable resoultion: Please refund the amount deducted in the name of digital cpp telebinding and cancel the insurance. We have tried to contact your helpline but it was continually on engage when we call from registered number. After calling from other Mobile number they finally gave new helpline number and we reached your customer care employee. He was continuously arguing that insurance can be cancelled only within 30 days. How can we know that insurance amount will be debited at that time because Bajaj started to debit amount for insurance only after 2 months of purchasing i.e after 60 days. Do we get dream within 30 days that you are going to deduct amount after 2 months of purchasing a product in the name of insurance and it won't be cancelled as time period of 30 days within product purchase date is finished. Is this new way to cheat people? Now your customer care people are telling that insurance cannot be cancelled as we reached you late or as insurance amount was already deducted completely. Right from the first day on which insurance amount was deducted, we have been calling customer care and also went to Bajaj office many times. Every time your employees tell that issue will be resolved within 10 days and amount will be refunded. But it never happened. Today your employee is even telling that we reached bajaj customer care on June end and it was late. But you can track our complaints which are given from March onwards.
Here you people always tell that you were unable to reach us and ask us to contact your customer care. We didn't get call from you and moreover when we contact, this is what happening.
Please resolve this issue soon and refund our hard-earned money.
