[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — deduction of extra charge from my bank account | |||||
Hello Sir, My name is Ritika Verma i am a consumer durable loan customer in bajaj finance. i ahve purchased a product in march 2017 for whcich EMI's are going on. but they deducted Rupees 295 as charged received mandate fail. Yesterday they charged twice for mandate failed even if EMI is on time. Total amount deducted= 295x3= 885 rupees. I request to refund my amount in my bank account. Sep 22, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved I have posted my complaint in bajaj finserv facebook page . within 2 days they contact me and asked for my bank statement. after providing all details they have processed my refund and i got my money back. I appreciate the work done by bajaj finserv to process my request. Bajaj Finserv customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
