      We took a home loan of 41 lacks from Bajaj Finserv.while waiting for the final possesion amount, we called call centre and asked the same and got to know that for the last Rs. 2lacks agent has given a insurance without our knowledge. When we message the agent he said surrender the insurance and get the remaining amount but as said by call centre we will only get 1.14k.why we should bear the loss? We have closed the personal loan and adjusted the home loan. Now we don't have any amount left for the possesion amount. PLEASE HELP.

        First partners with iffy merchants. I held back one EMI so that they can also feel my pain and help against the merchant by at least taking my side. What I found is Bajaj Finserv has hired goons and ruffians who come to your house and use the coarsest language possible. They shout on top of their voice to let know the entire neighbourhood that this guy is a multi million dollar criminal. Even threaten me with FIR and confisticating my air conditioner which I had boughy from the loan. Not a word against the rubbish merchant. These Bajaj Finserv people just want our money at all cost, they dont care about ethics and law. I am really was not expecting this from Bajaj brand. They have thrown away all high court guidelines about collection agencies behaviour. I would not recommend anyone using Bajaj Finserv services. If somebody could file a suit against them, I will happily encourage and join it.

        Any lawyer ready to discuss to file a case against Bajaj Finserv please message. I can see a clear violation with respect to use of collection agencies in first 15 days of missed EMI. Bajaj Finserv needs a lesson for reckless acts.

                I have a ood lap with baja finance.
                Lan is 401fsp32919477
                Name :- bhumika sondhi

                Crm named yogesh arora was assigned to me at the time of loan sanction. He forced me to take an insurance with the commitment to cancel it after 6th emi even though i was not at all interested in taking it.
                When after 6th emi i tried to contact him, he sometimes picked and says that he will do but later does not respond. Then after few days i came to hear that he resigned. Now when i did a follow up via customer care, grievance cell, they made the surrender of insurance and refunded only rs 48000 out of the insurance amount of rs 100000.in just six months they deducted 52000 that too when i was given the commitment of full refund.
                That’s really a cheater thing that bajaj being such a big company did with us.
                Attached is the chat between yogesh and us which clearly states that i was not interested in taking that insurance.

                  With reference to my account no. 4130cd00074423, i have closed this account last year and i have got the refund of annual card fees 99.00 after the file this complaint, and same they have charged for this year - rs 117.00 from my saving account.

                    I ask your executives then told you change no. Or purchases new sim.

                    This harassment is too much.

                      Calling no - +91 [protected] person mr. Shivam saxena. The person whatsapp no - +91 [protected]. If you want policy base loan 5, 00, 000. Send pan, aadhaar, bank statement, photo, cancel cheque. Send all doc. Nehakadam. [protected]@financier.com this mail id.
                      Then they ask 12500+25000+2000+18500 = 76, 000. So i was transfer in my and my wife and my friend account to below account.

                      Please help me sir, i don't want any loan only refund.

                          My name is Ritika Verma i am a consumer durable loan customer in bajaj finance. i ahve purchased a product in march 2017 for whcich EMI's are going on. but they deducted Rupees 295 as charged received mandate fail. Yesterday they charged twice for mandate failed even if EMI is on time. Total amount deducted= 295x3= 885 rupees. I request to refund my amount in my bank account. My bajaj customer id[protected]...

                          And my card number is [protected] i also want to use other of your product options if you solve this for me it's a request to active my card if it is possible

                            My name is — and couple of days ago i took an item from showroom and first time i took the in finance, i was wrongly guided by executive about month and i got call from recovery batch and at that moment in fraction of seconds i paid online payment, i called back to their office to ask some information but i was shocked the way of talking rudely using unpalment language and really dont like, felt very bad, i don't don't like at all that person, his name is usman.

                            I'm a big fan of bajaj company i have 2 bajaj bikes and bajaj home items every thing, now onwards i will not percher any bajaj products.
                            I hope i will not get any trouble from your agent if i get the entire blame goes to the bajaj company.

                                Hi bajaj team,

                                Because i am totally feeling cheated and exploited by the way your company operates. I took a loan of approx. Rs 40000 in the month of june 2017 against two loan acccount nos. 5810cd[protected]With emi rs 2884) and
                                5810cd[protected]With emi rs 2434).

                                The first emi was auto-debited in the month of aug with no such hassle, but the emi that was to be auto-debited in the month of sep has not been no easy so far. It was scheduled for 2nd sep i believe, but no such amount was debited from my account.

                                Post this, i tried reaching your customer care no.[protected], but literally it is a pathetic ivr system with which you are trying to help your customers. I have been trying on this to have a word with customer care people, but no ivr option leads to it. Amazing service that you have been providing.

                                Now, comes the best part, that someone from bajaj calls me, and asks to pay the emi. When asked the reason to her that why the auto-debited was not processed, she admitted that there was some failure from their end. I agreed to pay the emi online, and i paid an amount of 5318 (Bil*[protected]/jici[protected] - on 11th sep 2017 at 01:11am) as per the amount displayed on the online line shared over sms.

                                But, the trouble did not stop here, an amount of rs 2434 was auto-debited on the 11th sep. My only point here is how a company running financial services, is working in such a pathetic manner that it cannot look up to if its customers' dues are processed or not. Now, i have received an sms from bajaj stating my emi card has been suspended for next 3 months due to non-receipt of emis.

                                I am totally alarmed with this situation, and looking forward to close the load account as soon as possible. I am repenting and regreting on my decision that i took to buy bajaj emi card.

                                Hoping this will be addressed, before i proceed for a legal procedure and closure of the loan account. I want rs 2434 back in my account asap as i have already made a payment of rs 5318 for both the emis.

                                  It is almost daily that i receive calls from your 140xxxxxxx no and calls from your executives at my number [protected].

                                  I do not understand if once i have said i am not interested in any kind of personal loans then why do i get daily recurring calls?

                                  I have already blocked lot of your numbers but still they keep coming.

                                  Stop this harassment immediately. Remove my number from your calling list.

                                    I was trying to transfer my home loan from my current bank to bajaj finserv.

                                    Bajaj finserv collected all the documents on 21st july 2017 signed from me. On 31st july 2017 they sent me a mail saying your amount is disbursed on 31st july 2017.

                                    Then these sales managers said there is a legal issue and hence it will require more time. I patiently said ok and supported them with all the required documents. Then bajaj finserv team said let your ecs bounce with your current home loan account. I allowed that also to happen think bajaj will clear. But from 1st august 2017 till 31st august 2017 they have been fooling me saying they are trying to clear legal issue with my loan account which never happened.

                                    On 3rd sept 2017 i requested bajaj to cancel my loan which they have not processed yet and they deducted my emi without disbursing the amount which is highly illegal.

                                    This has affected me financial and my family is suffering. I am trying to reach out to them and they are not responding back. I request the team here to help me solve the problem. I want the loan to get cancelled and also my emi and all the penalty charges i had to bear returned back to me.

                                    i am also suffering from same issue. the dates are also same. thats is 31 july 2017 is the disbursal date but i got 1 home loan on 2nd sep 2017 and second top up loan has not been issued but they are calling for missing the emi for both the loans. please sort it out i need to know wat can be the legal issue can be done my no [protected]
                                    and the home loan nos are 4580HL47565115 disbursed on 2nd sep 2017. another home loan which is not disbursed but claiming for missed emi is 4580HL47565700. I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL THE LOAN 4580HL47565700. KINDLY DO THE FAVOUR. THANK U.E

                                      I have consumed loan from bajaj finserv with loan #400ecf40204312 whichi is of 6 months tenure with emi start date as[protected] and end date as[protected]. From the second installment, i have submitted for a change of bank by walk - in to branch on 4th july but this request was done on 7th, july which is been shown in there website. But from the second installment i see my request is not been done and i have charged with bounce charges. When i asked the same with pune headoffice by calling [protected] they replied that it takes 45 days which didn't happened until now. Because of there negligence my cibil score is been impacted and also even on my email request the people from bajaj are not responding.

                                      Even though i send many emails, People from Pune Bajaj office say that they didn't received the request and want me to again walk in to branch and submit a new NACH Form. I wonder when these people can issue loan in few days or minutes why can't they update a change bank request with a few days? Again they don't have proper information some say that it will happen in 45 days and other say it happens in 60 days. They themselves are not clear in the information. Again if i submit a new one again my third EMI get bounced and again charges apply. These people are sucking people's money and in return blaming and threatening the customer sending there collection agents.

                                      There is no resolution for this. Bajaj finserv, pune branch wants me to submit another NACH Form, which I have did. I do have the record details of the log book for my earlier NACH FORM which represents the Bajaj finserv, kukatpally branch have submitted to pune branch which is been overlooked by these people. Because of there technical issues they are harassing the customer to do advance payments which is not fair enough. All is that am looking for reversal of the bounce charges for which i have been the suffered. These people are sucking people's money without doing there job.
