Bajaj Finserv — Deduction on processing fee and insurance was not informed

I took a instant online personal loan from Bajaj finserv on 5/3/2022 for 1.25L. However, we received only ₹1, 14, 824 and were not informed about the deduction of ₹10, 176 taken as processing and insurance. And also interest rate was informed as 12% per annum but they have charged 34% per annum.

When enquired about this deduction, they irresponsiblly told that if you don't want then close the loan after paying 1st month due with interest. If I do so I'm in total loss of 10k.

This is not fair atall because first of its their mistake that they didn't inform about the deduction prior.

I request, please take proper action against this. This is totally illegal and frustrating when this company take advantage of poor people when need of money.
