    Hi team I am Dhinumon. And my sister Dhanyamol has purchased a Vivo x60 pro through Bajaj Finserv Emi and she paid Rs. 5000/-(approx) extra for warranty or some insurance kind of thing. Her mobile phone accidentally fell down from stairs on 1st March 2022. The display got damaged and we approached the Bajaj finserv executive. They verified everything and proceeded for a waranty claim. Today 26th March 2022 still we did not get the claim amount. And we are not getting any proper response from the claim team. It's been one month we couldn't able to use the mobile phone. Kindly help us. Claim no. 00003350

          I am not a customer of this company, still they have issued me credit card with the name BFL EMI network card annual and had deducted 117 rs from my other bank account.
          I don't know from where they get these bank account details. This is really disgusting . I also to complaint against this company and strict actions to be taken against them. I will raise complaint in RBI also

            In November I bought a treadmill through bajaj finserv and was given 5000 cashback offer with code called "Celebration"... I was told I would get cashback after 3 successful emi payments.. I haven't received the cashback yet and the company is not answering me properly.. Since last 20 days.. They keep telling me give us 48 hours to look into the issue..

                I have taken bajan fiancé flexi loan, but during loan processing time bajaj executive never told me about credit vidhya fees. But after dismemberment loan then they have deducted 4999 fees in my loan.

                So please cancel this credit vidhya fees and refund my amount 4999

                  Sir, We had applied For loan on 15 dec 2021 under Bajaj Finserv west bengal branch. They told me to pay 26000 For Passing loan of 5, 00, 000 rupees. I've paid it all as they said. But they didn't pass my loan and also Was not responding properly. Then I applied for Refund of loan on 21 dec 2021. I filled out form and they said to get refund money within 3 months. but I've not recieved any montey.😭😭Please Help me to get back my money. Please sir, please help to get out of this scam. Sir I belong to a middle class family and my economic situations are not well..so please sir help me.😭😭

                    Debited Rs117 from my bank account without any connection or related with the Bajaj Finserv.

                    I'm not using Bajaj finserv and this is not acceptable.

                      I took a instant online personal loan from Bajaj finserv on 5/3/2022 for 1.25L. However, we received only ₹1, 14, 824 and were not informed about the deduction of ₹10, 176 taken as processing and insurance. And also interest rate was informed as 12% per annum but they have charged 34% per annum.

                      When enquired about this deduction, they irresponsiblly told that if you don't want then close the loan after paying 1st month...

                      I update my emi card to elite card paid 2999 rs recommend by bajaj customer care executive Miss.Rutuja, she told to me elite card benifits like increase limit, increase emi 6 month to 24 months, 16k online voucher, online shopping benefits, all product which can not buy Amazon, flipcart you can buy our bajaj app, but all this benifits can not geting me its normal benefit like my old card. only limits is increase .thats all its fraud.

                            I have received an SMS from bank that Bajaj FINEMI-BF has debited my account for Rs. 117/-, I don't have any ongoing loans with Bajaj, but this comes as a surprise and serious action has to be taken against them.

                            i did not authorise for any ECS for this transaction. How do we take this forward and avoid such illegal transaction and safety of our hard earned money.

"[protected]@gmail.com" due to death in Road Accident on 22.08.2021. I have submitted all the documents required as per your branch office Loharu about 4 month ago but till now no request number or any closure request number from them. No any claim regarding insurance policies received till now. Moreover they are pressing for payment of EMI due on 2nd of every month. My financial condition is not good.                                 Total amount : 1335 ( for one bounce)
                                Sub : Bajaj debit 295 rupees 3 times for one bounce and still asking for 450

                                Dear Bajaj finance, it is crystal clear that, you are cheating each every customer who are depending your service. In my personal experience, you took 295 rupees 3 times
                                For only one bounce it cost exactly 885 rupees and still asking for bounce charge( 450 ) . This is not fair, your EMI bounce charge cost nearly one month EMI . I kindly request you to repayment the amount that you are stealed from account . Government ought to take mandatory action towards this kind of activities .

                                  The issue has been reported 3 weeks ago, no resolution yet. installment date was not confirmed to me, finance date was Feb 18 and 1st installment debited without confirming the installment date with me was[protected]. I received a text 3 days prior to the auto debit that my instalment date was[protected] which was not confirmed to me after which i raised a complaint. Complaint was raised before the auto debit was done, Bajaj finance failed to resolve the issue and the amount was debited. I requested for a reversal of installment back to my account. The respresentative who called mentioned the installment will not be debited on the 2nd of march as the loan was transferred after rhe 15th of feb, he informed after talking to his superiors. I have been adviced to wait in every email that was replied back to me mentioning the concern team has not reverted.

                                    I have applied for Balance Transfer in Bajaj finance on 8th Feb 2022. The executive has done all the process and handed over the cheques to me on 15th Feb 2022 of dated 11th Feb 2022. When I submitted that cheques to respective banks for foreclosure, then I came to know that the amount which I got from Bajaj Finance is less than the foreclosure amount. Then i contacted to Bajaj Finance Executive and told about then he assures me to re issue the correct amount cheques within 3 days on 17th Feb 2022 but till date he has not reissue the cheques to me but EMI of Rs. 17318/- amd Mandate Fail Charges of rs. 295/- on 03rd feb 2022. Since your executive assuring me of refund but my money is not refunded me yet. How it is possible with such a big company.I dont know whether it is systems fault or Executive.
                                    Kindly look into this matter and resolve my issue as earliest.

                                      I have been charged 4999/- as CREDit vidya fees and 2000 as insurance charges. Which was never informed or i am aware of.

                                      I dont want any CREDit vidya report or never i was informed about this. As per my email while sending ok the only charge mentioned is od activation charges which is flexi fee.

                                      Need the repayment of same at the earliest. If not will go to consumer and rbi for hidden charges leveraging on CUSTOMER and false promised before transaction.
