I purchased a smartphone samsung j7 worth of 17900/- through bajaj finance. Now i find that another product naming "digital fone safe 400dfs45141021" is tagged to my loan account. I mailed to the company to remove this product from my a/c. But they didn't pay any heed rather deducted the 1st installment of emi for this unwanted product. Iam astonished for such action of this reputed company. Now, i request to you please raise the complain to this compay and resolve the matter so that i don't loose any money.
