Bajaj Finserv — dirdb charges deduction

Dear sir/madam,

I have taken 5000 rs loan from bajajfinserv (Lan577wltej378402), and i have paid first emi on time, but in july month my salary delayed that time i have maintened sufficient funds after the due date of emi, but they have deducted my account with 1770 rs (590rs x 3) for dirdb charges, then i had requested to them to refund my deducted amount and i had paid the emi also with bounce charges. Again this month my account got deducted with 1770 rs (590rs x 3) for dirdbcharges which i can't understand why this people deducted.

I had paid all the emi and requested them to refund my 3540 rs, but they told me to wait till 13th of august, still i have not received my amount.

Request you to please help me and look into this matter.
