Bajaj Finserv — ecs issue | |||
I had taken a loan from Bajaj Finserv for 3 Lakhs 6 months back 403SPL62764704 they had taken a ECS mandatory form twice and there is no update that it was rejected, while the customer care always call me for late payment in this regards. 6 Months I paid through online and this time iam reluctant to pay without proper justification. I had already taken Loan through Bajaj Finance twice and you can see my track record of payment. 403SPL05686109 and 403SPL10191118 I have already raised query about this issue on 11/3/18, 6/4/18, 9/9/18 they simply close the query as "Issue solved " no communication or dispute is seen there of. I swear that there is enough balance to close the total loan money and still they dont make ECS transfer and inform me that i had defaulted. Was this information helpful? | |||

And I don't have an interest in this insurance and I don't know how it's activated . So kindly asking you to remove my insurance plan
