[Resolved]  Bajaj Finserv — emi being charged extra

I had paid my emi bills regularly but still i was charged rupees 3600 extra for the last month emi that was on 5th december 2017 i got a message to pay rs. 7959 as my emi amount which was rs.4359/- for all the previous month emi. Thier was a sudden increase of rs.3600/- at the time of closure.

I had contacted [protected]@bajajfinserv.in for updates on the same but i could not get the proper resolution as to why i was charged extra for the last emi and the case was resolved 5 times without any resolution. I had taken the loan for 51600/- but the bajaj finance customer portal shows loan for 55, 200. Is this a kind of scam that initially you deduct less to keep customer trust and then later on cheat the customer.

I would like to know why are these extra charges been levied on my account since i have paid all my emi without any fail my customer id is mentioned below reference.

Same Case Happened with me see the details below-

Hi,

Bajaj Finserv is Fraud Company check out below mentioned case and you can understand what they can do with you personal saving account. So my advice to all please think 200 times to go for bajaj for any kind of LOAN.

I had one LOAN from bajaj finserv by the 4010CD38626513 for which 2500 will be deducted every month from my PNB bank account and in December month my EMI got deducted 2 times from my bank account one EMI is on 7th December with and another is on 8th December with the same LOAN number. When I have called up on their CUSTOMER CARE or marked them an email so their executive were saying sir no problem if 2 emi got deducted from your account so we will refund of one in your account but will be getting details from bank by 13th of every month so till then you send us your bank statement so that we can check. Today they are saying sir give us 4 days more to check.. I have sent them the statement which clearly shows emi got deducted 2 times but now they are not responding because it’s a fault at their part. How any company can deduct 2 emi in the same month when ECS mandate is signed by the customer and company also assured the customer that these is your instalment plan. It’s means they are breaking ECS mandate and can deduct any amount from bank with the LOAN reference. It’s a fraudulent activity what they are doing. Pathetic company with ### services.
I have submitted the bank statement and the EMI charge sheet also but now the customer care says that some non sense ballon offer was activated so the extra EMI is deducted after all the EMI.

Points to jolt down here is,

When my loan was approved I was told that my per month EMI would be 4359 so as per the agreement I was under the impression that I will be charged the same for next 12 months.

For 12 months it is 52, 308/- but when I check the Bajaj finance loan portal it says 55, 200 now how is the EMI calculation done here when EMI means equated monthly installment but Bajaj finance has some different thought process on EMI so they deduct the amount as per their requirement and say some Ponzi schemes are activated when customer enquirs about it.This is a clear cut fraud case wherin customer is cheated openly and their is no proper calculation of EMI.

these people are just looting the customer by charging more at the closure of the EMI when we ask for any justification they say some non sense offers are activated after 10 days of case raise date prior to this they don't even know about the offer.

Also The customer will never know and will never be kept posted about this offer and this makes it even more clear that they are doing fraud with the customer being at loss.

I request consumer complaint team to look into this and help me to get my money back as these people are always coming up with multiple offers just to console the customer and resolve their case. I can even share the recent call clip where the customer care was apologizing for informing the Ballon offer at this point of time when their fraud schemes are exposed.
