Bajaj Finserv — emi card blocked without any intimation | |||
My name is arpit mishra. I have a digital emi card of bajaj finserv. My emi card was blocked from past 3 to 4 months without giving any clarification. I have also tried to unblock my card on bajaj finserv customer portal after following all the steps i was getting this message "we regret to inform you that your card cannot be unblock inline with our policy" didn't understand why i am not able to unblock my emi card. Most annoying this is i don't own any type of loan or advance payment from bajaj finserv than also my digital emi card is blocked. Please try to unblock my card asap and also let bajaj finserv to give valid response and clarification on blocking my card that too without any intimation or prior notice.
