Sir till today i have not got solution to my question. All unnecessary and useless response from bajaj finserv. They are not responding to me what i asked them they are telling all history but not the solution for the history sir.
I think those bajaj finserv company and its members does not know how to read and write the english. So they are just sending me the repeated messages... They are not concentrating on what i have complained and what i have requested them. I just requested them how many days my bajaj emi card will be blocked. And i told them to send me the exact date on which it is going to get unblocked.
I have been paying my emi amount regularly since from 3 months after my card is blocked in march month 07/03/18 but till now 16/06/18 i have paid correctly.
As per the company policy inline says that emi card should automatically get unblocked after 90 days and after 3 months emi payment.
Sir i am totally frustrated for the same repeating response from the bajaj finserv
What i am asking you for bajaj finserv is that when my emi card will get unblocked
I am totally frustrated of bajaj finserv for their worst response. They are not at all understanding what i am asking them.
I am asking them my card is temporarily blocked i know that. But according to bajaj finserv inline policies my emi card has to get unblocked after 90 days.
Sir i want exactly the date when i my emi card will get unblocked.
Still for how many days it will be blocked and they are not telling exactly when my emi card will get unblocked within how many days.
They are telling my card is temporarily blocked but for how many days they are not at all telling and this is more than 3 times i am putting complaint in consumer complaint website.
I want to know when my card will get unblocked.
My emi card was blocked on 07/03/2018. But till today is in the blocked status only.
If i send email to bajaj customer care that is [protected]@bajajfinserv.in they are responding like this.

With reference to your email, we regret to inform you that your emi card number ending xxxx has been temporary block due to irregular payment pattern observed of your loan account number 590gtl62647202 with us for the emi’s the month of[protected].
The emi’s have been returned by your bank with a reason of insufficient funds respectively.
We regret to inform you that we would not be able to unblock your emi card inline with our policy.
In case of payment not made, you can make your outstanding payments by either visiting our nearest branch or through our website.
Please note: bajaj finserv or any representatives never email or call over phone to ask for personal information, password or one time password sms details (Otp). Never share any such details to anyone.
Sir just go through the above message and they are telling my card is temporarily blocked but according to bajaj inline policies it has to get unblocked after 90 days. Already 90 days have been completed and i have paid 3 months emi sir regularly through bank after my emi card has blocked.
Now my sincere request is to inform me. And tell me exactly when my emi card will get unblocked. They are sending the above message repeatedly.
There is nothing in the above message and they are not taking it seriously and they are very much neglecting and not informing me about for how many days they have blocked the card.
Please pass this message to all the bajaj finserv memebers. They must and should give me the response regarding this.
This is my 5 th complaint regarding the same complaint.

I have been sending email more than 10 times for bajaj finserv. They are sending my message that my emi card is blocked for insufficient funds in my bank but they are not saying for how many days my emi card is blocked and when emi emi. Card is going. To get unblocked.
There is no one bajaj finserv executive called for me and first of all. No custer care executive is available in. Bajaj finserve helpline numbers. Some bajaj finserv customer care numbers are completely switched off permanently.
This is the case of bajaj finserv.
Kindly inform regarding my emi card status for how many days my emi card is blocked and when emi emi. Card is going. To get unblocked
Sir please take my complaint seriously because i been complaining to bajaj finserv from 15 days continuously they are not replying me exactly for how many days my emi card is blocked and when emi emi. Card is going. To get unblocked
