[Resolved]  Bajaj Finserv — emi card permanently blocked- reactivation

I was unable to pay my 3 Installment to Bajaj Finserv because of my father was hospitalized and i've told them that i'll clear all the amount very soon and after 3 rd installment bounced i paid 4th last EMI successfully and after that i was ready to pay all dues (money) to them and i called them up and they created a Full and Final letter which they just reduced cheque bounce charges and told me to pay that amount and i paid all the F&F amount in the favor of Bajaj Finserv LTD. Its been 6 month i request on [protected]@bajajfinserv.in many time to re-activate my EMI card (EMI card - [protected]-Chirag Kwatra) but i've got the same reply many times from them that it will be unblock in next quarter and this is 2nd quarter is going to be end but it isn't unblocked yet. What to do next?? any solution?

With reference to your post, we regret to inform you that your EMI card ending ****2868 has been permanently blocked due to multiple bounces observed on your loans with us in the past 12 months. Currently we would not be able to unblock your card. Request you to share your CIBIL report at wecare.bajaj.finserv.in to unblock your EMI Card.

I’ve shared my updated cibil score which is 736 and it is enough to get loan for Home Appliences products. I still got the tha same reply as I mentioned in above complaint. According to your reply I shared the details but it wasn’t unblocked yet. Check the screenshot below which is the same reply.

My Bajaj EMI card is blocked permanently due to cheque bounces . I've closed my loan and I've got NOC so please unblock . hereafter no more pending like before I've done . My customer id[protected]THURAISAMY R
