Bajaj Finserv — Emi card-returned. Kindly deliver the same. | |||
Dear sir, I had made a payment of rs. 349/- to purchase an emi card from bajaj. And i am continuosly following for the same from last 16 days. But still i have not receive my emi card. After following up for 12 days i got a reply from bajaj finserv that "with reference to your mail we wish to inform you your emi card number [protected], emi card will be issue on 05/06/2016, you will receive the same within 21 working days on your registered mailing address." And when i try to track this shipment with blue dart, they said my shipment retuned to shipper and i have to contact the bajaj finserv to claim the shipment. Kindly send my shipment against and do the needful. I am totally fed up. And if you will not help me then please refund me my money. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have visited to bajaj finance branch, but they said that the card related information is not with us and
I have to download app or something for that. i didn't get what the said.
Please suggest me who to get my card back.
