Bajaj Finserv — Emi card suspended without intimation

My emi card with Bajaj Finance for consumer durables has been suspended without any intimation to me.
I have had the card for more than four years and I have had three loan accounts paid with Bajaj finance without lapses.
I have come to know it is suspended via the IVR. I am unable to reach a live person.
I did send an email. They have responded saying provide them my cibil.
My details with Bajaj finance are as follows.

User : 7246464
Loan accounts : 4110CD08453024, 4110CD00953340, 4110CD00056014 and 4110CD00033347.
