Bajaj Finserv — Emi deducted twice for the same month

I have a consumer loan account with Bajaj finserv account no. 30PCDDIN160900 and emi of Rs.1444 is debited every month, for the month of November I paid the emi in advance on 31 st of October through Phone pay Transaction ID T2210310859174618447229 and on 2nd of November the emi for the month of November again automatically deducted from my HDFC account Transaction reference no.[protected]. I tried to contact Bajaj finserv through coustomer care but failed. I want the refund or the adjustment of the amount rs 1444 in next month emi
