Bajaj Finserv — executive mistake which cost me a bounce charges and negative impact on cibil | |||
We purchased 2 appliances from croma noida sec 32 logix mall. We got approval for 50, 000 and the fridge and ac was of 67000. We had a older card which had balance of 20, 000 so the executive used the balance from the older card too. I requested the executive to remove the existing bank details from the older account and mention new account details which we were giving for the new card for which we got 50, 000 limit. The executive did all the process and said your both the loan will be debited from the same account. One emi was for 4600 something and another one for 2200. At the time of emi date. Only one emi got debited and another one got bounced because the account was not registered by him as per bajaj finserve customer care. We visited the store he showed us the portal where he have done the registration. Now coustmer care is telling me that you have not submitted the cancel cheque of older account. I asked them if he would have asked me to do so i would have given him but he said the process is complete and we have also maintained the required balance. My cibil got effected due to the internal blunder of bajaj and i also payed the bounce charges for the same. Is this the kind of customer service bajaj is providing? I have attached the document which clearly indicated the blunder of bajaj finserve. Along with the proff that we have maintained the balance in account also Was this information helpful? | |||
