Bajaj Finserv — Failed processing and non-refunded processing fees 43000

Two of Bajaj Finserv employees named - Priyam Jha and his female friend approved 1lakh of my personal loan..
They've requested the sum for-
Approval-2500
Processing-5500
Company agreement-6500
Bond agreement-7200
With bank agreement-12000
Disbursal processing-9800

I've paid all these and they said, processing was failed..they requested another 13800 for re-correction but I've not paid them...Priyam Jha's female friend was unable to contact from around 3;30pm onwards...

I've requested them to refund the sum for processing failed as thinking that it's fraud.But they don't refund any of it..

As all information and transaction are issued and done in the name of Company, it's shameful for the company too...I wrote complaints here and if any further action was not taken within two days..FIR will be put forward in the name of company and its employees..

I've uploaded some of the money transaction receipt and their personal info/conversation between us for the loan.
