Hi Team,
I have approached for overdraft loan facility and i was interested the loan plan they offered. They explained like we can utilize when required and do flexible payment. I have asked to proceed and they forcefully giving high loan amount. I have i don't need such limit and raised concern it may reflect on CIBIL that i own this loan. They gave incorrect info that it wont reflect until i utilize the limit. Even though i asked for lesser limit they forcefully processing with high limit. Also they didnt highlight anything about annual changes and forcefully processing credit card. I was never informed about annual charges and force closing charges.
When i asked for force close charges they give explanation if i transfer loan to other bank they only it will be applicaiton was the statmenet given. They make me fall into trap. Even they didnt gave proper time to reach applicaiton and asked to give confirmation on mobile call it self.
Once loan for approved and in a week i get to know all incorrect information given and asked to cancel the loan they didnt allowed. I approched their support team i told they cant cancel or close loan and giving treatning like you sing the applicaiton. Most customer trust finance or banking employee to explain important points.
This people simply gave incorrect info and if i asked doubt in applicaiton they gave incorrect info to process the applicaiton. Now i am paying unnecessary charges high interest rate and it is reflecting in my CIBIL score for unutilized amount.
I am not able to reduce limit and high charges for force close loan and helpless here.
Loan opted in Feb 2021.
Account manager gave another false commitment after three month without any charges they will reduce the limit the are asking me to pay all the charges again.
