[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — Flexi loan or overdraft facility | |||||
Hi i wanted to bring notice to the company called bajaj finance that they have verbally put across the word as overdraft scheme when pitching to the clients. it is flexi personal loan and the charges are also higher. i would like to state that 15.25% is rate of interest but as they speak in denial language that it wont be charged to me. But when the loan is approved i get the acknowledgement stating the rate of interest and service charges which is higher. So i say it is lies and unfair for consumers if they go for it, and suffer later with the charges. Do not go for the Flexi loan or overdraft as they call it, from bajaj finance. Here is my loan account number : 404SAF28195913
There is a pure case of misguiding a customer.
I have been told by your executive there won't be any extra charge apart from principal amount.
But company has deducted insurance charge + ST charges + CIBIL score charge, which comes around 30K.
This is totally fraud. I am filing an FIR against the company.
I want to close this account by paying full amount, please let me know what is the procedure.
Total disbursal loan amount was 7 lakhs 90 thousand but now I have to pay 8 lakhs 20 Thousand.
Please help!

IT was clearly told to me that there won't be any foreclosure charges but now when am trying to close they are charging around 40K, What a fraud. Guys don't ever go for such a fraud company. save your capital.
Bajaj Finance is totally fraud. They intentionally tell to their executive to spread such wrong information to misguide the people.

Bajaj Finances that I have been told by your executive there won't be any extra charge apart from the principal amount.But the company has deducted ( insurance charge + processing fee +Indicate broken period interest charge (30000+24393+3398), which comes around 58, 000/. Hence please refund these amount including Insurance. And also I have not agreed to the general policy terms and condition of this policy, therefore I request you esteem authorities please don’t take any further action for continuation of this policy and please do not send documents to my postal address. Do not take loan from bajaj finserv .they are cheating customers .

Correct..same experience here.
Team, While processing application executive from Bajaj finance inform me that account opening charges will be 12000(approx) including flexi fee, processing fee, insurance etc., while after disbursement i got email where 4999/- extra charges has been deducted FFR(Financial Fitness Fee) which i had not inform before. i have talk with executive and they are telling it's per agreement with you and we can't reverse it. i am sharing them the sheet where all the applicable charges have been mentioned before agreement but no way, they are repeating their sentence. Now i want to close the account so that in coming future i won't get such tension but they are taking request to close account and they are informing me that you need to raised request after 1st EMI payment and need to pay foreclosure charger. so requesting you to please help me to close my account ASAP by deducting the disbursed amount to my account. Team, I want my account to close ASAP without charging any hidden fee as its newly open account and i have nor used a single rupees as well as i have paid the chages amount as account opening charge so that they wan't any emi.
This is a complete scam and they are running unethical business. We Need to file a consumerbcase and bring RBI into Notice that this institution is doing/charging lot of illigal financial charges against the customer.
