Ino313438. I have called three time to your custmor executives regarding mail me which documents you have reqiured for my claim. They always said we send you mail after five min. But still i have not receive any mail to your side.

I, nirupam biswas purchase mobile phone from techno kart india limited %23 jessore road, through bajaj finserv. My emi rs.1090 per month, but bujaj finserv has sent a msg my emi amount is rs.1269, without any information loan add my account. I have applied for emi card online by paying 749 inr through my SBI Netbanking, but i have not received a card or even any details from your end.
Secondly, trying a so-called customer care number where in there is no option to talk to any person who can resolve this.
I am giving the details above. Also attaching a screen shot showing the amount that has been debited. Hopefully you will respond at least.

I had drawdown request from my flexi loan but amount debited from my loan account but not credited to my account I had tried to call customer care several times but no one is responding
In the beginning they told that the amount is credited same day but it is about 6 days to go there is no any action taken

At the time of purchasing the bajaj represented officer told me to buy a extra 1yr of warranty extension for an amount rs.1800/-
But when i received the policy details paper by post it is showing that"all risk policy"...

I had purchased a window AC and financed through Bajajfinserv with 0% interest. The cost was 21000 INR but I do not know somehow they have added 3000 INR for insurance or extended warranty which I did not opt for. They have forcibly added 3000 INR to the loan account mentioned in the subject. Please remove these 3000 INR from the loan account.

They have also issued a credit card from RBL bank and charged me Rs 1000 (Approx) for some financial report which I didn't ask for. I took loan from bajaj finance on november-2016, they said its a diwali-2016 offer, which is available for 11.69% rate of interest. Nil part payment option and nil fore closure charges and 1% processing fee.
