I have paid all the dues on time except your rep. Told ecs problem,
But that case also i have paid by inperson through your guy direction,

But now my emi card was blocked due to that mentioned issue, i had more conversation to your person's somany times, even though they blocked my emi card.

I am not a new customer just check my account i have been bfl in past 9 years, so i ashamed your activity, anyway pls. Unblock my emi card as soon as possible.

    Flexi loan or overdraft facility

    Hi i wanted to bring notice to the company called bajaj finance that they have verbally put across the word as overdraft scheme when pitching to the clients. it is flexi personal loan and the charges are also higher. i would like to state that 15.25% is rate of interest but as they speak in denial language that it wont be charged to me. But when the loan is approved i get the acknowledgement stating the rate of interest and service charges...

    I have taken Bajaj finserv loan on 15-april 2016.At a time of loan disbursement agreement they said zero foreclosure charges.I have taken loan amount only because of zero foreclosure charges bearing very high interest 25%.Now when I went to close my loan they are saying 4% foreclosure charges will apply as they changed policy effective from July 2016.
    How come they charge for loans taken before July 2016 and also they have not taken return or prior approval from existing customer.I have requested Bajaj finserv team for wavier but not satisfied by their response.Please consider my request and help me to get wavier on foreclosure charges as agreed at loan disbursement.

      There is a amount 4960 rs check draw in one of the check. I have call to my icici bank and ask about this they told, amount is get credit to "bajaj financial ltd".

      Please need this should resolve as soon as possible

        With great distress I am bring my issue to your notice.

        The loan was sanctioned on Monday 8th May 2017 for which I gave my consent as well. The loan amount was promised to be disbursed within 2 to 3 days however, it's 10 days now and I have not received the amount.

        I called up several people including customer service, Kapil (Area Manager) and importantly Paayal Brahmin (One who is incharge of my loan). With a saddened heart I must say that the kind of responses received was alarming.

        On contacting a person named Atul reachable at [protected], I was informed that Paayal Brahmin is incharge of my loan and was provided with her number to contact her and this is where the entire problem starts.

        I tried contacting Paayal Brahmin several times and she either was not answering or rejecting my calls. The second day I try contacting her and she puts my number in her blocked list due. How I know that? Well, when I tried calling her from my primary number, without any ring it says, "The person you're trying to reach is unable to take your call right now". However, when I tried calling from a different number, the phone rings. Therefore, it is obvious that she blocked my primary contact number which is registered with you people. I've seen people blocking numbers of people who harras you or people who do not mean anything to you in your personal life but blocking a customer's number? This could happen only at Bajajfinserv. You guys should be highly recognised for this kind of a uncouth behaviour.

        After continuous try I decided to call her from a landline number when she immediately answered my call which was quite surprising. I told her my grevience and she only said that they have some other loans as well which has not been disbursed yet and that it will be done by today which I was not in agreement with as until yesterday it was already 10 days which was not the ideal time of disbursment that was told to me.

        I tried contacting customer care then and spoke to two different people. I was provided with Kapil Dawlani' s contact number which no matter how many times I try calling on, is absolutely not reachable.

        The grevience team called me a day ago and promised me a call back after checking the status which take only an hour's time (Told to me by the grevience team) however, I did not receive any call back.

        My questions:
        1. Is this how customers at Bajajfinserv treated?
        2. Is this the kind of responses I should be getting from people incharge?
        3. Have you people authorised your managers and others to block customers numbers when they receive a call?
        4. Are you guys doing a favour by sanctioning loans? (I thought that I am supposed to pay a interest for the loan which is an income from the customer)

          I have submitted mandate instruction form alongwith a blank cheque for deducting my emi from the new bank a/c no in march 2017. But uptill now no response was received. When i visited the office the above documents were not tracable & i was told to resubmit the documents again. This negligency may please be investigated & blank cheque no 469377 of sbi shimla returned to me. However my renaming emi may continued to be deducted from my old a/c no [protected] of sbi shimla.

              This is to inform you that I had taken a loan from Bajaj Finserv; loan application no. 410PST39404725. I recently received a message stating that health and GTL insurance policies have been applied against my name, whereas I haven't applied for any such insurance policies. These policies have been applied without any prior information. Therefore, I'm not liable to pay any premium for these two policies. Hereby, I kindly request you to cancel these two insurance policies that have been issued against my name and send me a confirmation of the cancelation of the policies as soon as possible.

              26.03.2017, this mobile lost in the road and raise a case in the perinthalmanna station . And recover after 2 days . But the glass broken and it is submitted to samsung service center at thrissur . And glass replaced and it cost is 6200 /- . Please advise me what is the procedure for claim this .

                  As i had taken the personal loan from bajaj finserv ltd, kaloor, ernakulam. Details are as below.

                  Principal out standing as on 16th may, 2017 – 45, 655/-

                  As i went to bajaj finserv ltd, kaloor office for forclosure of loan, they ask for 4.6% foreclosure charges at o/s principal.

                  As per terms & conditions bajaj finserv ltd not apply any foreclosure charges on loans. At the time of taking loan, they promised me that there will be no forclosure charge and i also got a mail regarding this. But with their new rules i have to pay rs. 2, 100 additional for to close my loan a/c as forclosure charge. The company "bajaj finserv ltd" not intimate to us for this new rules. As i discussed with the superior to waive the amount as i apply for the foreclosure of loan, they do not respond for the same to waive the charges.

                  So kindly do needful for that.

                      My lan id is 404spl0656647.
                      I took a loan of 11, 00, 000 2 years back and made a part payment after 28 emis.

                      I made part payment of rs.2, 00, 000 with transaction no. Ihdf[protected] on 4/26/2017 10:54:21 am and amount of rs.1, 50, 000 received towards transaction no. Ihdf[protected] on 4/27/2017 8:31:46 am.

                      Despite of making rs. 3, 50, 000 of part payment my emi has increased instead of going down. Emi before part payment was rs. 26, 459 and after part payment it is 26, 807.

                      Please explain what is the reason for this immediately or i may have to take legal actions against bajaj finserv for not maintaining transparency in transactions.

                            I have paid the EMI of April 2017 month before my due date ends. Still the Bajaj Finserv charged me the cheque bounce and they adjusted my April month EMI to May month.

                            Now Bajaj finserv asked me to deposit April month of EMI.

                            How can I pay 2 EMI in a month ?

                              I have take personal loan from bajaj fiserv and my loan nos. 425spl23468951 with company committed roi 13.25 % with sing any kind of doc. Either ecs nor any email confirmation they change my roi 15.25 % and deduction emi from saving for same i had made complain to bajaj but positive response give my then and still my struggling issue.

                                Hello, I am Kalpana Panchal, from Ahmedabad.I have purshased a AC from Badrivishal Electronics, K.K.Nagar, Ghatlodiya, Ahmedabad with the help of Bajaj Fin. in May 2016. My loan no. is 4180CD23395449. At that time I paid Rs.10, 700 as down payment on 24th May, 2016 and it was decided to pay Rs.2675 as EMI per month for 8 months. My first EMI of Rs. 2675 deducted from my A/C on 5th July, 2016.But from next month Rs.3103 deducted and the last EMI of Rs.3103 deducted on 5th february.
                                My complaint is that why you have deducted Rs.428 more than that of decided EMI?The dealer -Mr.Vishal Patel, owner of Badrivishal Electronics told us that our money would be given back after completion of total EMIs.But till today I neither receive nor get a single call from you. So I request you to do needful and refund my amount as soon as possible. Thanks.

                                  Call was received from your customer care[protected] wherein your representative after verification of my antecedents was forcing two years extended insurance which I refused. He terminated the call.

                                  Kindly ensure that I don't have to pay more than my monthly EMI of Rs 2246 on the product against loan of 4180CD37598061.

                                    Ino313438. I have called three time to your custmor executives regarding mail me which documents you have reqiured for my claim. They always said we send you mail after five min. But still i have not receive any mail to your side.
                                    So, its my humble request please reply me that i can send you all documents.
