Bajaj Finserv — flexi loan withdrawal blocked without any genuine reasons

I'm ca dinesh sharma (Loan account statement for 419duheq241222). We have taken a flexi loan limit with bajaj finserv of rs. 808000. All processing fee and other charges and agreement were signed for the said amount and for the period of 72months.
We have no cheque returns in any case, no emi default of any loan, also we are using the cc limit time to time.

At may 2020's last week, we have made a withdrawal request from flexi loan but the same is showing the lan is blocked. we communicated the issue to "[protected]@bajajfinserv.in" and we have got the below reply.

"we would like to inform you as per the overall credit performance and assessment of your credit and risk parameters, in line with our internal policies bhfl has taken a decision to not allow any further withdrawals from the aforementioned flexi saver account"

My issues are :

1. The agreement we have signed for 72months for the amount of rs.808000, why the same is blocked at around rs. 4.5lacs?

2. All the processing fee and insurance are charged for rs.808000

3. How our flexi loan (Cc limit) is blocked, if we are not in default.

4. There are no such t&c are mentioned with/in the product information/agreement to reduce our credit limit while taking the product/signing the agreement.

5. There are no prior information in this regard.

6. We have accepted the product, so offered by the bajaj finserv, for rs. 808000 for 72months not for rs. 4.5lacs with 10months

Bajaj finserv is cheating with customers by these kind of policies. They can not randomly reduce the flexi loan without genuine reason. We want the product full facility, as it was offered by the bajaj team at the time they came to our office and discussed about this product.

Else we will take our legal consultant help on it.
