[Resolved]  Bajaj Finserv — Foreclosure charges being added on my flexi personal loan

As i took a personal loan from bajaj finserv lending on oct 2015 amount of rs 5, 10, 000

During loan agreement time they offered to me for nill foreclosure charges and zero pre-payment charges.

Now when i went to close my loan they are charging 4.72% of foreclosure charges on the outstanding principal amount, which is totally unacceptable as at the time of selling their product they emphasise and treat the null foreclosure as their feature or benefit which they are offering to customer but when the same customer tried to close the loan they say that policies are changed now and you have to 4.72% which is 18k amount of foreclosure charges.

It clearly shows how bajaj is cheating with the customers and after sending multiple emails they are not even bothered to call or reply which clearly states what mentality the firm has and how they are taking the advantage of their changed policies as they are not the one who is paying this money

I have a proof of agreement copy sent by bajaj to me and also on the acceptance email. Now you are stating that policy was revised on june 2016. So we have to add the foreclosure charges... Then what is meaning of agreement during my loan disbursement which means it was a total lie from starting

I had taken the loan on dec 2015 so how it is applicable to me, this shows how bajaj is cheating with the customers.

Also, i took the loan only because of zero foreclosure charges and accepted even the high-interest rate of 15.25%.

Now you changed the policy and now not applicable means what about the agreement during the taking of the loan, this is really not acceptable and pathetic i am totally disappointed with bajaj finserv and need justice.

I request to remove the foreclosure charges of4.7% in my salaried loan
