[Resolved]  Bajaj Finserv — fraud and cheat by the agent

I have purchased an acer laptop with total amount rs 32, 000 through a fresh bajaj finserve emi card that was issued by mr rohit who is a bajaj finserv agent. I paid an amount of rs 12, 414 as down payment to the acer dealer as suggested by rohit and he told me that the rest of amount i. E rs 19, 586 will be payable as emi in 6 installments but the updated amount in my emi account is rs 10, 668 as down payment. Rohit has cheated me. Plz refer attached documents.
