[Resolved]  Bajaj Finserv — fraud while providing personal loan

Recently, i had approached bajaj finserv for 1 lac of loan amount of persoonel loan.

I had a talk with executive for the requirement of 1 lac of loan amount but he wants to give me around 8lacs with flexi plan scheme.

Executive told me that my processing fee would be around 8k including gst on which he will provide me 5k of amazon voucher as cash back. My rate of interest would be 14.55% for 5 years of tenure of the loan.

As i just came from office i don't have time to talk more on this so he took signature from me on lots of documents and honestly i did not had time to review all the docs. I just signed based on the trust which he builds with me during his pitch on the product.

Unknowingly, he has taken signature for wallet protection insurance of amount rs 3999 and general insurance on the loan of amount rs30000.

We had not talk about this at a single time for any insurance plan. When the loan is finalized the amount is credited to bank account is rs 8, 45000 whereas loan is approved for rs 8, 96000.

I got socked after seeing this huge margin.

Please take a serious action on them. This is biggest crime to cheat people after promising something else and return something,
