As per telephonic discussion with your team provide me two number health insurance policy (1) dewashish roy & aditya roy (2) soma roy & dewanshu roy of 'aditya birla health insurance'. But till date (05-jan-18) i am not receive any above related document. And dated 05-jan-19 you deducted first instalment rs.701/- *2 (Rs.1402/-) from my bank account. As per aditya birla health insurance team, my second policy not created, 'loan a/c no574gip97311531' but you deduct this amount. Please provide me my both policy with hard copy.
