Bajaj Finserv — I had made 2 payments from google pay but not even a single confirmation message from bajaj finserv

I had paid on Bajaj Finserv Rs. 2620 and Rs. 5334(Total pending paid.) On 9th July 2019. After payment from Google pay..it shows error. I have receipt of Google pay of both payments but not a single confirmation messages of payment from Bajaj Finserv..please give me a confirmation of my payment done or not. Or please give me the refund above payments.
