Bajaj Finserv Lending — Harassment by Bajaj Finance | |||
Dear Sir, I had taken product loan through Bajaj finance on EMI Basis which I have paid all the installments. There is no due amount... Earlier I had issued payment mode through cheque but due to some problem I made all the EMI in cash payment... Now I am getting calls from Delhi and they are saying since there are cheque bounce charges which I have not paid so there is arrest warrant against me..They are harassing me and threatening me. Since bounce charges should be paid to Bank then Why these people are threatening me? I am getting threatening calls from [protected] and [protected]... I request the consumer complaint board authority to kindly intervene and help..Kindly call on My Mobile No [protected] and help me..Thanks...
