Greetings!!! I had took loan in 2016 for tv amount 39000, even after given proper cheque and details, monthly emi was not deducted. From 1st month i followed up, but bajaj finserv employee was careless and irresponsible towards customer. Below points:- 1) regarding cheque provided to bajaj finserv team:-2 cheque’s was given from our side, 1st cheque through my younger brother, to loan sales person on a very next day as suggested by loan sales person on 2nd day of deciding to go with bajaj. 2nd cheque was handed over to mr abid at my home in kurla, as per my knowledge mr abid said, he resides in kurla. 2) irresponsible attitude:- discussed with finance team, and with other people where i followed up with them, results in no help and irresponsible. 3) misbehaviour and abused :- recovery agency was uneducated, where they misbehaved, harassed and abused. After such agency behaviour, we decided to ignore them and was waiting for legal action. Regarding loan bounce, we are the 1st to complain and followed up for investigating, for non emi deduction. Conclusion:- all this blunder is happened, due to bajaj sales employee, because lack of information is provided, showed illiteracy towards company and customer, some of the bajaj employees, showed irresponsible and misbehaviour picture. Even said our cibil records are affected, cards has been blocked, concern person answered looking into ur case. Lastly to be very clear, from the first recovery call, i said to provide my both the cheque’s, i have the cheque’s number available. Told to investigate on collection team and find out recordings, about why they abused us, but they only want to talk about closure, for them customer is nothing. Collection team statement was, aukat nahi hai to liya kyun is tha. Now recovery agency, will rate my family achievements and capability. On the basis of honesty and truth, bajaj employees harassed a lot to us, i really need justice, so that same irresponsible attempt, should not be attempted in future with genuine customer.
