Dear mr. Mohd mazhar/mr. Subhash arora/mr. Amber aggarwal, I have made several requests through e-mails and the last request i have submitted on dated 24th june 2016 in order to refund the amount rs 10, 000 (Rupees ten thousand) in my pnb bank account which was withdrawn by bajaj finance through my pnb cheque no.321840 on dated 18.05.201, in connection with housing loan, but the housing loan was not processed and in this regard i also have discussed with mr mohd mazhar on telephone. Kindly refund rs 10, 000 (Rupees ten thousand) in my pnb a/c no.[protected]; ifsc code: punb0015900, green park branch at the earliest please. Dear Mr. Subhash Arora, as per telephonic discussion on dated 1st September 2016, you ensured that the refund Rs 10, 000 (Rupees Ten Thousand) will be processed within 4-5 days, but still it has not been transferred/ credited in my PNB Bank A/c No.[protected], Green Park Branch.
Also I have tried many times to remind you but every time you are making my phone calls busy. Even my wife (Farhat Moin Ansari) also requested and tried to get refund done but I don’t know why you doing such trouble.
Above indicated amount Rs 10, 000 (Rupees ten thousand) in my PNB bank account was withdrawn by Bajaj Finserv through my PNB cheque no.321840 on dated 18.05.201, in connection with Home Loan, but the home loan was not processed.
Mr. Subhash Arora, kindly process and transfer above indicated amount Rs 10, 000/- at the earliest in order to avoid legal/court action.
