Bajaj Finserv — Loan rejection

I've applied for a loan amount of 4.5 lac with Bajaj Finserv. Bajaj representative have collect all the necessary documents along with my previous employment documents + past 2 years form 16 to validate my employment record as i have relocated to Bangalore and working with Intel India pvt ltd from past 9 months.

My loan got rejected and the reason: I haven't completed 2 years of service with my present company (Intel India pvt ltd).

1. I have already taken several loans in past with different banks including Bajaj and paid on time without bouncing/delaying a single payment.
2. My CIBIL track is good.
3. Loan amount that i have applied for is not a big amount (considering my salary).

My queries are:
1. Anyone who doesn't complete specific period of employment with present company will not be eligible for loan?is this correct?
2. Why their is a need of collecting previous employment document if the loan criteria is based on the current employment?
3. What is the criteria for a an employee joining a new company (having 5+ years of experience) to get a loan approved from Bajaj?

I feel I should make a lot of people aware of it and encourage them to not to go with Bajaj Finserv. I am also wondering, that how many times this might have happened with others as well who paid proper EMI's in past and cleared the loan amount in time and again choose Bajaj Finserv as their most trusted and safe bank for all their needs.
