Bajaj Finserv — Loans got closed 40 days before, But still Details not updated in CIBIL | |||||
I am rathinavelu kandhan. My PAN card id is 'ARIPR5144H'. I got three loans from bajaj fin serv to buy electronic products, and closed all of them on 22nd June 2016 itself. The loan ids are 4580CD16402081, 4580CD13764748, 4210CD01365721. loan '4210CD01365721' was fully paid by me on 18/09/2014 itself. But it not closed and got closed on 22/06/2016. But till date this loan details not updated in CIBIL. loan '4580CD13764748' was closed on 22/06/2016. But till date this loan details not updated in CIBIL. loan '4580CD16402081' was closed on 20/06/2016. But till date this loan details not updated in CIBIL. I raised dispute in 'bajaj finserv'-experia portal. After one week, the details were not updated in CIBIL. Then I mailed to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in . They said that the details would be updated within 10 working days(two weeks). After two weeks, still the details are not updated. Now again I mailed to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in . Again the response is, the details would be updated within 10 working days(two weeks). Even though I fully paid all the loans, due to bajajfinserv's delay in updating the loan details in CIBIL, I am having poor CIBIL score. Due to this I am not getting any loan from any bank.
