[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — most ridiculous customer service | |||||
Hello I had taken loan in bajaj finance on last few month back i have paid the installments in time correctly without any fail (If fail so your side.. And your technical problem that's why). Sir, i am a regular customer to purchase items through bajaj finserv but misleading the customer by giving wrong information is not healthy corporate culture. It leads to loss of goodwill, customer dissatisfaction and loss of business of the company. The purpose of this email is to create awareness about the slow and most ridiculous customer service ever faced in my entire life Now few days back i received the intimation form bajaj finance team that my emi card had been block due to cibil score is low. But its wrong details ok.. My cibil is good i will check already I want to surrender my emi card. (Emi card no - [protected]) so pls...!!! Was this information helpful? | |||||
