After visiting 4 times in thane branch of bajaj finserv i able to submit the documents for nach (Ecs) mandate. Now 20 days gone. My bank not received any documents and no response at bajaj finserv end. Thane branch people taken signature on blank nach (Ecs) mandate form and cancelled cheque. When i asked them why like this then they said we will fill up the at our end. Now my point is where is my documents gone and what purpose they taken my documents. There is any responsibility of bajaj finserv to take care of documents and inform to customer. My issue simply closing by bajaj finserv team on bajaj finserv website.
