Bajaj Finserv — No response on application processing. | |||||
I am trying to apply for Bajaj Finserv EMI Card from past 3 weeks and every time i fill my detail including my PAN details the website responds with unable to process your application at this time, if i have any queries i can mail them at [protected]@bajajfinserv.in . I have tried contacting them through mail to know the reason why the application is being denied but all i am receiving are ticket numbers i currently have three unsolved tickets and i think they are not ready to responsibility but I need an answer from them as I have provided them with my personal details. I have also warned them about me taking this issue to the higher authority but still no response but i got another ticket. I need this issue solved as I am looking for their EMI card. As requested I have uploaded screenshot of the message I am getting after filling up the form on your website and also the automated email response.
After a week of continuous email to Bajaj Finserv they decided to response with a similar email as their automated response application, the only human touch was notifying me of the one call that they made and the one i missed.

Hello Bajaj Finserv Customer Care I have been mailing you people before I started to write in this forum but I guess my mails are getting lost in the transit my bad I have again mailed you the ticket numbers yes not one, not two but FOUR hope the ticket numbers generated by your system provide little help if not e-mail me or you can again comment here telling me to write to you @ [protected]@BAJAJFINSERV.IN .

Consumer Complaints and Bajaj Finserv. It's been 10 days but no action been taken against my complain I have only been receiving mails to contact Bajaj Finserv customer care which I have been doing whenever I receive a mail asking me for ticket number, contact details, email details. I am forwarding my ticket number and contact detail here on this fourm for the last time if the problem is not solved will be taking this issue to higher level.

Still the issue is not resolved and even the forum has stopped responding, we still live in a time were platform are being used for personal gain and misguiding the consumers.
