but last year in aug 2015 i had financed a customer
SF25042361: GOVIND GANGADHAR JANGALE for a sony led tv with value 56900/- with 18/04 scheme but in kopargaon office a manager with name Mr.BHAGWAT KHODAKE{[protected]} had disbursed that file with scheme 12/04, in result of that customer got emi of Rs.4800 on belhalf of Rs.3218 and i got short payment of RS.6320/- . on next day i told rahuri team manager

after three months follow up they raised a rebook request for same case. but after all of that no payment paid to me
but in october, company cuts my another two payment with
1)SF ID:SF26946939: NITIN BALASAHEB KUMAWAT = 30370/-
2)SF26673647: NITIN MALHARI BELHEKAR = 7213/-
AGAINST first payment of SF25042361: GOVIND GANGADHAR JANGALE. from that day i had following whole Sales & Recovery team of bajaj finserv for my payment refund OF TOTAL RS.43903/-
LOTS OF MAILS AND CALLS I HAD WITH ALL THESE PEOPLE NOT A SINGLE STEP TAKEN FOR MY REFUND.
SO, HERE I REQUESTING TO LAW FOR HELP ME TO GET BACK MY MONEY

I keep receiving sms about applying for a BAJAJ EMI CARD every 2 days and it is really annoying. please stop this as there is no way i can find a link to request this on your website.
