I have taken a personal loan account no 405sal19738186 of amount inr 5, 00, 000/- in the month of february 2016.
It was against a condition of there will be nil foreclosure charges/part payment charges after first emi.
Today when i have called the customer care for the procedure to close the loan the loan & foreclosure letter they are saying
That the policy has been revised & now i need to pay 4.6% as a foreclosure charges on the principle amount.
Requesting your support & please look into the matter to waive off the charges as it was never informed me that the bajaj
Finance is going to revised the charges like this.

With reference to your query regarding foreclosure charges, we would like to submit that BFL was amongst the first between all Financial Institutions to start with the practice of zero foreclosure charges whilst competitors were charging the same to all customers. In line with the policy we offered the above facility to you with zero foreclosure charges. However, basis the prevailing market condition the Company decided to apply foreclosure charges to all our customers who foreclose the loan. Bajaj Finance always strives to maintain best possible balance between the customer's interests & current economic conditions. All practices hence adopted are keeping in mind our aim to achieve better customer service with a competitive edge. In view of the above fact, we wish to inform you that we would not be able to waive off the said foreclosure charges.     Dear sir/madam,

    Washing machine was purchased before 6 months through bajaj finserv and a the time of loan bank account which was been given its been not updated and every month debit in account which is not belongs to me.
    4 times account details with chq had given but till dated their is no any update.
    Every time they say sorry and give a commitment that they will update and ask me to pay through cash which i do but today i came to know that every month ecs return can spoil my cibil records.
    For that they had given me a apology letter but want to ensure that they will update the same that its their mistake into cibil as well.

      This is with regards to personal Loan for Rs.5, 00, 000/- which I am availed from you guys in March 2015 and PL Account number 405SAL08457887.

      I had also received a communication from Bajaj that there will be 0% Pre closure charges & 0% Partial pre payment charges after 1st EMI.

      Today I had sent my person to initiate closure of Personal Loans through my own funds. To my surprise the arrogant female at closure desk Ms Shivlala Ambiket who has " Zero Customer Service Sense" says that Pre Closure charges is 4%.

      Is this some kind of joke. This is least expected from a professional organisation like Bajaj. How can you guys go back on your words. Do you guys think this is ethically & morally correct.

      If at all I was OK with pre closure charges I would have opted HDFC Banks which offers lower interest rates and flat processing fees of Rs.1000/-. How can you guys go back on something which is USP of your product.

      This is absolutely cheating customers. Ensure same is rolled back else I will go to Consumer court and will escalate the issue to RBI. Why do I pay Pre closure charge when I intend to close the loan from my own funds and same was mutually agreed while signing the agreement.

      Eve in the Email which I received from Bajaj employees Email ID it was clearly mentioned that Pre Closure charges is 0% that too without any additional condition. This proof is enough for me to take you guys to a task in court and in from of RBI.

      Also you guys have clearly mentioned that Standard Chartered Bank Credit card is Free & even here I am being charged Annual Fees. This is utter Non sense. Clear Mis selling.

      I also would want a justification from Customer Service Manager.

        Hire purchase agreement no 4050PL20556283 dt. 15.3.16 .

        Sir when I took the loan in march 16 of rs.400000 the agreement and first schedule mentioned NIL for closure charges. I took loan from hdfc to close the loan of bajaj finance as it was on high interest rate. When I went with the dd to clear the dues to bajaj finance they charged me foreclosure charges. I emailed bajaj finance to remove the foreclosure charges as there is no other desk where a customer can have a day of his grievance. After a week also they replied in email of foreclosure charges. I paid 385000 loan balance plus 17780 foreclosure charges (4% of balance) . Now I request to refund my foreclosure charges which has been levied by force and withou any communication

          Dear sir/madam

          I had availed a salaried personal loan that came with an forced insurance.

          Below are my details:
          Name: devraj singh bhaduria
          Lan (Loan account number): 410spl08036972
          Loan type: sal (Salaried personal loan)
          Date:28.02.2015
          Loan amount: 3, 25, 000/-
          Group insurance charges: rs.25, 000
          Rate of interest (Roi): 15.5%

          While sanctioning the loan rs. 25, 000/- was deducted for group insurance but i was issued insurance policy only for rs. 10534/-. Where is my remaining amount of rs. 14466/-? This is complete case of fraud from bfl and cheating the customer.

          I have called them many times and wrote many emails but they are not giving any appropriate response. Till now my issue is not resolved. Neither they had issued me the policy 14466 neither they have refunded the amount.

          Below are some of the key communications by me and the the fraud agency bfl:-
          1. I raised this issue with the bfl representative named mahendra yadav ([protected]) from april 2015 onwards as he was the one coordinating with me during loan process. He kept on saying the policy for remaining amount will also be issues soon. He kept on saying like this for almost 7 months and the suddely started ignoring my calls. Later i started having written communication with him and keeping in loop other bfl representatives named arindam das and rishav dugar. None of these people ever replied to my emails.

          2. From nov 17, 2015 onwards when i was not getting any response from these people, i started writing emails to mahendra yadav and to [protected]@bajajfinserv.In, [protected]@bajajallianz.Co.In and imran. [protected]@bajajallianz.Co.In. I wrote almost 6 emails to them and more than 20 phone calls and then they (Soumita chakraborty/customer care/kolkata_ro/general) responded that "the balance rs14466 is utilized for the policy of hdfc". And asked me to write to [protected]@bajajfinserv.In although all my emails since start of the issue were ccd to [protected]@bajajfinserv.In.

          3. I forwarded the email of soumita to [protected]@bajajfinserv.In on mar 16, 2016 and they again started procrastination and doing all nonsense just to waste my time. After so many calls they forwarded me 2 attachments on apr 8, 2016 and to my surprise both the attachments were same i. E. Same policy attached twice. I responded to them on apr 11, 2016 informing on the attachments and requested again for the policy for amount 14466/-

          4. There there been no response to my email dated apr 11, 2016 till i again reminded them on jun 15, 2016. They responded to my email on jun 18, 2016 (Today) saying that "we regret to inform you that we are unable to cancel your policy due insurance as we have received request post completion of our free look period. How can surrender your insurance.
          As per surrender process we need scan copy surrender request letter signed by policy holder". God know what do they want to tell me?


          I am detailing below my detailed email communication with the bfl and their representatives date wise along with the email ids as below:

          Please note that page 6 of 40 of the policy document certifies that i (Mr. Devraj singh bhadauria) have paid only rs. 8827/- towards premium of star package for the period from 16/03/2015 to midnight of 15/03/2017 for the above policy.
          In this regard i request you to please send the policy for the remaining amount in the address already registered with you.

          Please note that page 6 of 40 of the policy document certifies that i (Mr. Devraj singh bhadauria) have paid only rs. 8827/- towards premium of star package for the period from 16/03/2015 to midnight of 15/03/2017 for the above policy.
          In this regard i had several telephonic discussions with mr. Mahendra yadav, who had coordinated with me during processing of my loan. I was always assured that my policy for the remaining amount will be delivered to my address and email address soon but to utter surprise i never got the policy for the remaining amount.
          I am an existing bajaj finance customer and at present i have one flexi loan account for rs. 8 lacs and emi for digital product finance.In past i had 4 more loans from bfl as well with all very clean records. But with such unfortunate incidences you people are giving a very bad perception for bajaj finance.
          May i expect an urgent and favorable response from your side?

          I was charged rs. 25000/- towards group insurance charges vide policy reference number og[protected]-00000778 issued on 16/03/2015. But i was given policy for partial amount only as below:
          • as per page 3 of policy document: net premium - rs. 9375 and gross premium - rs. 10534
          • as per page 6 pf policy document i. E. For deduction under section 80-d: i have paid only rs. 8827/- as the premium.
          Please note that rs. 25, 000/- was deducted from my loan amount for group insurance charges but policy was issued only for partial amount as detailed above. Where is the balance amount? Please refer the attachments also.
          In this regard i have raised this particular issue in verbal and also in writing with the person of bajaj finance who coordinated with me for my loan sanctioning named as mr. Mahendra yadav, asst. Manager, salaried personal loan, bajaj finance (Mob: +91 [protected], email:mahendra. [protected]@bassindia.com). He kept on saying that policy for remaining amount will be sent to my address soon but this never happened. Now a days he even stopped even picking my phone. I even wrote to customer care of bajaj allianz on email:[protected]@bajajallianz.Co.In on march 4, 2016 and i got an auto reply from your side that i complaint have been received and you people are looking at it and will rever to me within 48 hrs. It's now almost over 6 days you people have not responded.
          May i expect an urgent and favorable response from your side?

          Stop fooling your customers. Both the attachments are same. Where is my policy that was supposed to have been issued by hdfc for rs. 14466/-. I am sure the policy has never been issued by hdfc and it feels like bfl has cheated me in this regard.
          Please do not waste my time and arrange to refund me the amount that you have deducted from my personal loan in the name of policy that do not exists at all.

            I have taken a loan from bajaj finserv at the fixed interest rate of 14% of 5, 70, 000. My loan account no is “401spl14845296”. When i applied the loan in the document’s terms and condition it is clearly mentioned that there will not be any charges on foreclosure and prepayment. Even after loan disbursement in the service guide book i received a letter with the same terms.

            I like to close my loan and requested for the foreclosure letter on 16th june 2016, received the same on 17th june 2016. But the foreclosure letter i received from bajaj having 4% foreclosure charges plus taxes on the outstanding principal amount. When i inquired through their customer care i came to know that company has made the changes in terms as other companies are also giving loan on same condition and i have to bear these charges. I told them i am totally disagree to these new terms, and told them they can apply these new terms to their new costumer. This is not ethical. Seams they are running a “mafia” to loot hard earned money of the people. I have taken the loan from them on these condition as these are the benefits even they are promoting to take loan with these benefits and advantages otherwise i was getting loan from other banks with the lesser rate of interest.

            Kindly look into the matter and help me to close my loan with the terms which was we agreed

              Initially I thought not to mail out here and wait for couple of days but, eventually I had to do it.

              I am very much dis-satisfied with the service being offered to me by Bajaj Finserv for one of the product I had applied for a product called as "Personal Line Draw" . Here are the issues.

              1. Bajaj Finserv team says they will respond the issue in 2 days. I logged an complaint on 14th June 2016 on experia portal with reference number: 05723303. It has been 3 days I didn't get any updates.

              2. I applied for Personal Line Loan application via reference number:[protected]on 14th June 2016). As per the email communication confirmation and everything this was to be processed in 24 hrs but till now 96hrs has been over but no updates. Every time I call the relationship manager I get a response that there is some technical glitch hence it's taking time. Before hand when ever I called the executive used to say it's resolved now wait till 4:30PM. But on calling at same time I used to get answer there is some technical issues for which it's being delayed.


              3. whenever I used to check status of the file "http://mysite.bajajfinservlending.in/Contact-Us/FileStatus.aspx" via the link, I see the status as "Moved to FinnOne" from last 2 days.But nothing after that.

              4. I tried calling all the customer care numbers which Bajaj Finserv have, but I only got one reply "All are customer care executives are busy". I tried 6-7 times and was online for average time 15minutes every time I call. my phone bills definitely gonna be high this time when I called numbers other than toll free.


              I tried all ways to get my update, but right now it's no more cup of tea and serious action needs to be taken. So for the same I have decided to go up a bit higher and take some steps for mentally harassing the customer.

              I have been a customer for Bajaj over 2 years now. I have multiple loans with a good track record with Bajaj. Offlate, my recent loan application with Bajaj Finserve has left me with a bitter taste.

              1. In the current case, I was promised of a disbursement with in 72 hours and its completely online. I knew it had happened earlier so I had opted for the same. To my surprise, this time they called after 72 hours and asked for a hard copy of the cheque. My File No[protected]

              2. some one from the local office had collected the cheque and promised a disbursement within 48 hours. nothing has happened.

              3. I have been sending mails after mails and the terrible thing is that there is no response from the concerned. The manager from the local office promises of responses but doesnt care. The mails (from last 4-5 days, were copied to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in, yogesh.[protected]@bajajfinserv.in, paayal.[protected]@bajajfinserv.in and recently directed my communications to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in.

              All the while the advantage of Bajaj Finserve over other banks are the process is Paperless and one can able to manage through a dedicated portal. Now with the complicated procedures, it doesn't hold any more edge, its better to opt with anyone who gives a lowest rate of interest.

              As an experience, this is something that I am not used with Bajaj so far any how the question is if I have to look for Bajaj for my future requirements - The answer is No.

                I have booked and obtained flexi personal loan from bajaj finserv and observed (After disbursement) that they are wrongly reducing my credit balance too. Upon inquiry, i was told that it is the process that we are deducting interest as well as reducing credit limits, but the same was never informed to me. Suppressing such material fact and selling the product is illegal. Hence, i should not be liable for the information deliberately suppressed by the representative as i would not have obtained loan if the said would have been informed to me.
                Additionally, when certain documents were sent to me for acceptance, i had queried certain provisions where the representative informed that these provisions are for normal personal loans and not applicable to me, so i was relaxed. But he had misguided me and now, i am forced to follow the process. Hence, i would like some external intervention, so that bank will not cheat to the future customers.
                Secondly, they have deducted more processing fees than informed to me with same logic that it is not applicable to me and if deducted, will be reimbursed to me. But even after lot of follow up, it is not yet refunded.
                Thirdly, bank had given me insurance without asking me, if i would like to opt for it or not, breaching the provision of insurance “insurance is subject matter of solicitation”.

                  I naina tilwani, a resident of vadodara (Gujarat, india) would like to bring to your notice that on september 25 2015, i had purchased furniture on consumer loan by bajaj finserv, loan account number - 413sce14782871 with an emi of rs.7056 with a pay back period of 8 months.
                  As a genuine customer am fully aware of my responsibility to pay back loan
                  As per schedule but in past few months my financial situation had changed
                  Drastically due to which i could not arrange the funds and could not
                  Deposit a single emi as well to my utter regret.
                  In the month of october, a month after purchase my mother in law got almost bedridden and thus i had to manage my and job as well as my home with a 2year old kid this is where the problem started. I was unable to manage everything simultaneously since i used to have night shifts at my job and it led to destabilization of my financial situation as we had to manage my mother in law's medical expenses and job equivalently and no one being there to take care of my kid (Since my husband also works night shifts along with me) we both had to take leaves multiple times ultimately leading to low salary and unexpected expenses shooting up.
                  I immediately conveyed this to a bajaj finserv executive involved in dispersing my loan and infomed him that i won't be able to make payment of the first emi on time and am not sure about the second one as well and if he wants he can take the product back to which he said product once sold and loan being already used to get the same he cannot take the furniture back though he will escalate my concerns to his superiors so that i can get some time possible to make payments although with late fees applicable to which i agreed.
                  Meanwhile my 2 year old son suffered from acute diarrhea and this led to us being mostly on leaves as we had to take care of my mother in law at home, my son and at the same time manage office which became very difficult thus adding more troubles to already distressed situation. If this wasn't enough the cruel destiny made me encounter a miscarriage making me bedridden for few days and it became extremely difficult even to survive without basic needs.
                  Subsequently i and my husband were asked to quit the job due to excessive leaves and underperformance and we were almost clueless about how to go about.
                  At the same time one day in my absence an executive from bajaj finserv detailed out my entire loan information to my house owner and he asked us to vacate the house immediately.
                  However being educated we strived hard to bounce back by doing all we could but it took a considerable time for us to be back on job and turn things our way which by god grace appear to be almost on track now.
                  Meanwhile all through this period i was contacted by bajaj finserv executives who changed on monthly basis and they visited my place and saw my situation on their own. Couple of months back no executive from bajaj finserv collection department contacted me so i called the last executive who visited me and informed him that from july 15th onwards i can start my emi payments along with late fees applicable to which he said he would convey the same to his bosses.
                  Few days back now i received a call from an executive of bajaj finserv demanding payment to which i informed him that as agreed upon by his predecessor he can come at my place anytime on 15th july (Next month) and get the same collected however to my utter shock he rebutted that with rudeness and demanded a meeting on urgent basis to which i agreed. He (Chirag patel) came to my place reviewed all product items and demanded a payment immediately. I explained him all my situation and requested him just 30 days time to resume my payment which he rudely turned down and said that he wants me to pay immediately 30000/- as one time settlement towards the loan as he has been directed by the company to not accept emi.                   Informed him that his predecessor had agreed to start accepting my EMI payments from July on to which he said he doesn't know what his predecessor committed and he is not bound to honour his predecessor's commitment.
                  He then threatened me that he wants to seize my furniture in case of I not depositing 30, 000 rupees immediately. I explained him that I am in utter requirement of the furniture since now my mother in law and my kid require bed to sleep due to their I'll heath and I almost begged to him to grant me just a month time already agreed upon by his predecessor.
                  When I insisted him to honour his predecessor's words he said if I don't have 30, 000 rupees immediately he can arrange a buyer who will buy my furniture and the amount I get I can use that to settle my loan.
                  I asked him when I am willing to pay back my entire loan along with late fees why are you insisting on a settlement and If you want I can give you in writing that I would be making payments now every month on 15th with late fees he rebuffed everything very rudely and threatened to seize my furniture in front of everyone either by choice or by force. q
                  I still insisted that I agree to be on wrong side for not paying EMI on time earlier however I just require a month time and I would start depositing the agreed EMI amount along with late fee next month on and there won't be any more concerns to which he very rudely refused claiming he has been ordered by Bajaj Finserv either to collect 30, 000 rupees immediately as a one time full and final settlement or seize my furniture and he has been strictly ordered not to collect an EMI amount.
                  When I asked him to furnish the letter refusing to grant me a month time and refusing to collect EMI amount he refused.
                  I asked him to give me a copy of the letter ordering seizure of my furniture he refused claiming when he comes to seize it only then he will produce it.
                  He is constantly calling me and threatening in a very rude way about getting me Insulted in front of people by seizing my furniture. I literally requested a grant of just a month to which he rudely rebuffed in an unprofessional tone.
                  I understand sir/mam that my financial woes are of no importance to the company and I am bound to pay my dues however the kind of dramatic situation I and my family went through over past 7-8 months had rendered me helpless. However I guarantee you that from next month on July 15th onwards I am willing to make my payments of EMI amount agreed upon every month and I just request you to get me a month time so that I can clear all my dues.
                  As a responsible citizen I have full faith and trust that your kind intervention would ensure a positive result and thereby set a precedent of helping a person reestablish his lost financial standing.
                  I request you to please help me in getting just a month time.

                    My personal loan was sanctioned a year back on below terms & conditions for part payment/foreclosure charges, i have approval mail as a proof.

                    0% foreclosure charges after 1st emi
                    0% part payment charges after 1st emi (You can do 6times part payment in a calender year)

                    Now suddenly you are sending mail to me for 4% foreclosure and also part payment charges if part payment is more than 25% of outstanding amount. This is illegal practice as i chose you (Over hdfc) for loan on higher interest rate because of the 0% foreclosure & part payment charges and now you are forcing customer to pay these charges which is unfair.

                    On their excuse of prevailing market condition the company decided to apply foreclosure charges to all our customers who foreclose the loan. Everyone knows that market conditions are quite better now as compare to a year back and interest rates are coming down and it is 11.49% lowest now for pl. If you are introducing foreclosure/part payment charges then why not reducing interest rate as low as your competitors. Don"t make any excuse of market condition to legalize your unethical practices.

                    Still the fundamental question is terms & conditions at the time of loan sanction which you are going to change in midterm. It proves that bfl is not transparent and has dual characteristics to allure customer first with apple and after few months give him rotten orange.

                    I will lodge complaints to regulator for such unethical practice and take social media"s help to expose such illegal activities to increase awareness in prospective customers to re-think before going in contract with bfl

                    People who have complained about the foreclosure charges have been sent the standard reply you have attached. Also to make matter worse they have stopped online payment. So I think just complaining to the customer care wont help. Do you know how we can lodge the complaint to the Govt. regulator?
                    I'm also facing the same issue. My loan was sanctioned two year ago with same terms and conditions and now I was charged with 4% foreclosure charges. I received irrelevant reply when I mailed to customer care.

                    This is wrong practice and we should all fight against this legally. I'm planning to lodge a complaint at district level consumer forum.
                    I have also received the same standard reply. they are making the excuse of forcing the foreclosure charges as "per prevailing market condition the company decided to apply foreclosure charges to all our customers who foreclose the loan."
                    On customer care helpline they are saying they have agreement in which it is mentioned they can change term any time they want. In future also they can do such thing as per them. I seriously disappointed with this kind o[censored]n-professionalism. Not going to refer any one to go to Bajaj Finserv.

                    I'm facing the same issue too. BTW, the customer service of Bajaj finserv is PATHETIC !!!...they cut the call midway and do not provide clear cut answers.
                    I have also faced same situation. Can I expect a justice through this forum or do I need to go to Legally and approach consumer court and raise complaint against Bajaj finserv
                    I too am a victim of bajaj finance. I think if they do not rectify, we should take to facebook/twitter to warn others from not falling into their trap. I was misguided thrice by them:

                    1) I was told insurance is mandatory with personal loan, but on clarifying this with customer care after sanction of loan, i got it refunded.
                    2) The executive gave me wrong information on rate of interest.
                    3) Foreclosure issue as above.
                    4) And the customer care is such that i call them to ask for foreclosure detail, and there reply is:
                    You do not have any offer currently, as and when the offer is generated for you, we will inform you. And the call is disconnected!!!

                      I have written proofs of nil prepayment, part payment and foreclosure charges when i took pl from bajaj fin in may 2015. I was trying to pay off the balance outstanding last week, when i was told there has been a foreclosure charge of 4.60% introduced from 1st june. I am not sure if the nbfc can suddenly change their policy on the contrary to the written promises when loan was applied. Moreover, i was not informed through any communication channel about this.

                      I tried to contact the customer care, written emails to bajaj wecare & customer grievances, and even went up to their offices to talk in person, but all in vain. Even the relationship manager himself shrugging off and telling me to escalate the issue as he is not scared of the consequences of my complaints nor is he bothered about the fame of his company.

                      I have attached the important scans of the documents that mentions the promises of nil foreclosure charges and the latest details being handed over now.

                      If i go on paying this extra money to the company eventually, i will lose complete faith in bajaj finserv and stop availing any relationship with the company, and more than that i will end up getting the feeling of being cheated.

                      Please help me out of this trap.

                      Hi myself Ajay and i also took a PL of 6 lakhs from Bajaj Finserv( Loan Acct number -402SAL[protected] and same thing were promised to mee too ( 1) Nil Foreclosure charges 2) Nil Pre Payment charges ), but this month when i tried to pull the Foreclosure reports it shows 4.66 % charges and also for the Pre Payment Bajaj is charging 2.3% charges( even they stopped online Pre Payment facility ), this is really disappointing and we have taken the loan due to these fetures only .

                      I dropped a mail to [protected]@bajajfinsev and got a long mail explaining the globle financial conditons blah blah reason etc for this step .

                      I am really felling like cheated, Bajaj finserv should waive off these charges to the customers who has took the loans before june 2016 and this should be applicable to only new customer .

                      Bajaj Finserv someone please look in to these issue carefully else you will loos your customer base for sure if you follow these kind of prectice .

                        Now that interest rates have fallen they have started cheating their customers, suddenly i got notification from them for charging 4% foreclosure charges.
                        No proper response from their customer care.

                        Bajaj finserv has recently revised charges on the loan and strangely applying it to already existing loan customers. This is truly ridiculous to see such unlawful fearless acts at national level. This company is tempting people with false promises and literally exploiting needy people. So called customer care saying they are charging 4.6% foreclosure but in foreclosure letter they are adding it under "other" section and very cleverly mentioning separate section which says 0% foreclosure charges. On paper they are not showing it as foreclosure charges. I am tired of contacting them.

                        I would say rbi should cancel license of such players and protect public interest. It is very serious to have such players in any kind of industry. One can imagine, we invest our money for our family future and such player's at the maturity or claims changing terms of an agreement so as to they have to pay out less.

                        Sebi should also delist such companies and should not allow to collect money from public.

                        Now they are asking for 4% foreclosure charges which is ridiculous, this is unfair business

                          Hi,

                          I had taken personal loan from bajaj finserv on 29th april 2016 because they promised me nil foreclosure charges post the clearance of first emi and zero prepayment charges while signing the loan agreement. I agreed to take the loan as i needed the loan amount of rs. 4 lakh only for a week and wanted to close the loan asap but as per the policy waiting till the first emi (2nd june) to be cleared. To my surprise, i got a mail from the company regarding the change of policy and now there will be a foreclosure charge of 4.06%. I was totally into shock!! I dropped a mail to the customercare: wecare @bajajfinserv.In, called the customer care, dropped a level 2 mail to [protected]@bajajfinserv.In however, they are adamant on the policy change and forcing the customers to pay this illegal charges.

                          Loan account number for reference is 405sal2223548.

                          I want to close the loan as per the loan agreement signed between me and company. And as per the loan agreement, i am not entitled to pay any foreclosure charges. So, please close my loan asap. I am ready to pay the outstanding principal amount by cheque.

                          Attaching the email communication before taking the loan in which they have clearly written nil foreclosure charges and zero pre-payment charges.

                            I have made the EMI payments through the www.paynimo.com provided by Bajaj Finserve. Though i am getting regular call may around 8 to 9 call stating that i have not made the payment. I told the executive i have made the payment and i have received the acknowledgement from Bajaj Finserve towards the payment i have done. If i am trying to explain and asking them to update in their system, they are disconnecting the call and no one is bother to listen my problem. It is really ridiculous. I am a working women and i am getting calls in between the work and meeting that is really affecting my work and my day. I tried calling on different numbers but they are not behaving properly or it may be the situation that woman voice is not much appreciated for them and they are least bother and troubling me as i am female and they might be having a impression that i can not do anything. I am really looking for a action for these kind of behavior.

                                Bajai finance is forcing me to pay 4.6% foreclosure charges. I'm the old customer and at that time they told me that there is no foreclosure charges and part payment charges are applicable. That why i took loan even it is high interest rate.

                                And now i want to close this account with all outstanding balance, but now these guys are saying i need to pay foreclosure charges 4.6% (It's comes around 40 thousands).

                                New rules can applicable only for new loans not for old loans. As per the previous agreement i can pay total outstanding balance.

                                I keep on sending emails from 5th of june 3 times but no one is responding from bajaj finance, keep on dragging the issue unnecessary, how many days they keep on dragging those many days i need to pay interest unnecessary even communicated 10 days back.

                                But in bajaj official site stating that we can resolve the query in 2 days like below

                                Same here - they lied while selling their personal loan by stating NIL foreclosing charges.

                                Please let us know how to resolve this. We are following up from June 3rd. But no response.
                                Don't accept and don't pay EMI then they will come to us. I already blocked the ESC debited, so next month my amount will not be debited. you can also do the same. those guys are not responding. One more group in Gmail going on. Let's join there.

                                Same issue with everyone, it is unethical practice of changing the basic condition of finance by introducing foreclosure / part payment charges in between. It proves that BFL is not transparent and has dual characteristics to allure customer first with apple and after few months give him rotten orange. No satisfactory answers from customercare, and no response at all from grievance team after 8 working days. We need to complain to regulator and take social media's help to expose such illegal activities to increase awareness in prospective customers to re-think before going in contract with BFL.

                                  Thsi is my customer Id 26138444, it's almost 6 months i have sucessfully paying my loan in bajaj sinserv for the products i took, but still i didn't receive my bajaj EMI card.please suggest what to do.

                                  i was trying to reach customer care i don't get any response from them so please let me know what to do to get my card from bajaj.

                                  till yesterday it was showing the card nunmber in my customer portal login but now it's not showing.

                                      I am Mahammadrafik Inamdar from Bangalore. I am having personal loan from your bajaj finance about 6 lac. I took this loan in March 2016.When i applied for this loan they offer me nil (0) foreclosure charges benefit and charged me 13% rate of interest and 1.5 % processing fees. However at the same time i was getting offer of low interest and 0%processing fees from another bank. But Bajaj have changed the policy terms which is effective from 1 June 2016 so now you have to pay 4.60% foreclosure charges on outstanding loan amount also they removed online prepayment facility have to physically visit branch to repay the money

                                        My personal loan no with bajaj finance is 404spl19261021. They have suddenly introduced 4.60% of foreclosure charges on personal loan. I even fought with their customer care support on phone. I complained to their customer care service by email and received reply from their wecare service. They straight forwardly refused to waive off the suddenly introduced foreclosure charges. They had offered me the loan on nill prepayment charges. It is written on my loan letter. So i did not have any option other than paying a huge amount of foreclosure charges to close my loan. Today i paid the foreclosure charges of 60, 000 and closed the loan. They are cheaters.
