[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — Overcharging without our knowledge | |||||
I bought a tv from vasanth & co on 21/10/2016. When your person asked about the 3years additional warranty, i strictly denied. But from the first emi, i suspected over charges beyond the described amount. And so i enquired your team a month ago. Later i came to know that those extra charges are for additional warranty of 3 years. One thing i would like to point here. That is without the knowledge of customer your persons have done a fraudster act which spoiling the trust and the brand name you earned so far. Without my knowledge and any acknowledgment, this behavior brought a great disappointment. In place of inr 2292, your team has charged inr 3006. That is an over charge of inr 4284 so far. Therefore i kindly request your team to refund the overcharged amount of inr 4998 (As on date 21/06/2017) immediately. Already it's been 2months. I had purchased AC in the month of April 2017 from the dealer in pune. For which I have paid the dealer money in cash towards processing fees and bajaj EMI Card. Today, 16 June 2017, Rs. 115/- is deducted from my Bank account. I cannot understand why Bajaj Finserv is doing like that. Till date I have not even recd. my Bajaj EMI Card.
