Bajaj Finserv — poor customer service and emi deducted even after cancelling the loan

I was told that loan process is cancelled and there won't be any loan levied from my account. But from past couple of days bajaj are try to deduct amount from my account. As it will impact my cibil score and i demand an explanation. This is the second time bajaj is breaching and i have to take an legal action on this.

Below is my first mail to bajaj on 8/9/2018:

I am writing this email to let you know how poor customer care bajaj has and there is no proper finance assistance.

I had planned to undergo a treatment and i was told that they have finance options from bajaj, i asked the clinic person to initiate the finance from bajaj. For my surprise i was shocked to know that without my knowledge 60k was transferred to the clinic. I was not informed about the loan amount nor taken any approval from my end to transfer the amount. After 2days i got to know this from the clinic representative that amount has be credited to their account and i was unaware of the same. Again to my surprise even after 2 days i didn't even receive any message, neither call from bajaj finance nor i receive the email. Bajaj finance is very secured right?

I shouted at the clinic representative and he said he would arrange a call back from bajaj guy. After few minutes got a call from bajaj representative mr. Murali and i asked how did u transfer the amount without my permission and why i wasn't informed about this. He was quite and nobody even explained about the emi procedures to me. When i asked him what was the amount credited to the clinic, bajaj representative's reply was i don't know. Big surprise for me again... Thanks for so many surprise from bajaj finance.

Note: please cancel the loan amount which was approved without my knowledge and i demand an explanation for this security breach nor i'll have to take an legal action on bajaj finance.

Got response from bajaj on 10/09/18:

Number in the subject line. Do check the spam/trash folder, in case of non-receipt of email.
