Story of how I got looted for 52835Rs without using their product.

I got a call from Bajaj finance(later got to know telecaller was broker from simpliloans). When I told that I am not looking for loan, I got told that this is flexi loan and you will be charged only for the amount used. I asked about any annual/membership charges and was told no. I was informed that there will be processing fee. I was also not told that I need to buy a compulsory insurance for at least 4%.

After around 10 follow up, I agreed to get documents picked up. I was surprised when asked 2 blank cheque in name of bajaj finance. Again I got convinced by telecaller that there wont be any misuse. I was asked to sign about 40 places on the forms including vertically/horizontally for any future correction needed while filling the forms by their executives. I was irritated to sign these many place but feeling bad for the field staff to return him without signature. I did not got provided any document in written which explains the product. Whatever was explained was over the phone and I have recording of all of the conversation.

After few days I got a third party link to put my net banking username and password so that the application can extract my bank statement because they were worried that I may have given them the forged bank statement. I was worried about I shared by bank's username password.

I was shell socked when I got a credit of 779165 Rs. in my account. While I was explained that I will get an online account and whenever needed I can transfer the money to my saving account and pay for what you use. But it happened before I was allotted that online flexi account. Processing fee and insurance was charged for all 8 lakh and deducted from the maximum possible amount sanctioned to me. I was told that this is better than credit card but credit card does not charges the applicable fee for maximum limit against allotted card.

According to my understanding if I use anything I will be charged but all the sanctioned money was forced to me. I have not used any amount and I was charged 52835 Rs as insurance and processing fee.

They have also charged 1499Rs. to take care of my cibil score as Financial Fitness Report charges.

Now I want them to cancel my loan and this is not what I was offered but I am not getting any reply from their customer care/grievance redress email or the people who called me many times to complete the process. If my loan is not canceled I am looking to knock consumer forum's door.
