[Resolved]  Bajaj Finserv — Refund of Insurance amount after closure of Loan

I have closed my loan in the month of May'14 I had paid a significant amount for insurance when i had taken a loan .and after closure of loan asked for refund of Insurance amount that i had paid. Despite repeated requests and visits, along with emails and calling up( this is the worst toll free number system) I am not getting any reply. My LAP no. is 508LAP01423890 Complaint no. SRN01532052. Cust ID 13388350 Someone kindly guide me as to how I can go about getting my money back Worst system!!! Your office in mysore has some of the most horrible staf[censored] Self centered. Absolute Rubbish!!! I have written so many times to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in, [protected]@bajajfinserv.in and also [protected]@bajajfinserv.in. I have not got any reply.

BFL does not have basic courtesy to even respond to emails. Why cant you'll call and speak to a customer?

Why should a customer keep reminding you guys for mundane jobs? What is the TAT for such an issue?


I have also written to Mr Kakade. If you'll value customer relationship( whatever is left of it), why dont youll close this issue. Atleast apprise me of what is the progress.

This complaint has not been resolved. I think that everyone out there should understand that these people are not professional.

Rinku Anand, Ruchi Singh completely useless!!! Mr Kakde, please note, your team is totally incompetent. They dont write email, pick any calls, useless.

Are you guys going to resolve this complaint or should I file a complaint through my lawyer ?
