[Resolved]  Bajaj Finserv — refund received in wrong account

Dear sir, i have made a advance emi against emi card whom i have asked for refund and they have refunded in my hdfc account at 11 december and i have already changed the ecs one month before in 10 november. Due to this i cannot use that money, as the hdfc account was not in operation since 1 years. Kinldy help.

Thanks for Your Concern, i have got a call from bajaj finserv media support team, As they have promised that they will revert the refund in active account.

Thanks for concern, but I have contacted bank, and they say any statement doesn't not show the amount in minus, it only shows in Mobile app in Balance.they have actived my id for few minutes, so that i can login the mobile app.i am sharing screenshot showing the balance after deduction.

And i Have tried lot, after that i have raised the issue, I Am Normal earning member and 4980/- lots to me.My concern is Genuine, i am accepting that you have send the money in hdfc account but that account have approx 7000 /-minus balnce so they adjusted the whole amount, and i have already conveyed that not transfer any amount to hdfc bank account.After all today I have not stoped the EMI which deduction was on today, but If I will not refund or amount adjusted in my EMI the i will not oay further EMI.

Dear Sir,

I have also informed to Your telephonic Officer that without taking my concent they have refunded the amount in HDFC Account.

The main Issue is that my ecs mandate have changed one before your neft process, and on 2 nd December You are deducting emi from Axis Bank and on 11 December your are refunding on Hdfc bank, is This your financial system.

And According Your Telecaller EMI got refund in that account from which recent EMI deducted, Then Where are your financial expert.

I am very sorry, due to your fault i will not suffer, i am going to block all your future EMI and ready for the legal Action.
