Dear sir, There was pre approved offer on my account for elite emi card. I was told to pay rs.4777/- and i will get limit of 3, 00, 000, i paid but my limit hasn't been increased not a single penny. Why you took the payment and not increased limit? I don't want to pay any dues till i get satisfactory response and this mail will be official communication for anything; regarding further not paying of any dues and payment taken by bajaj finserv. I am attaching my payment receipt. I have paid 4 emi's of my product which I have taken through Bajaj finance and I have also paid 400 Rs for Bajaj emi card at the time of purchasing. But still I didn't get my EMI card. According to Bajaj finserv rule after completion of 4 emi they will send the card on home address but I didn't get my card still. My loan no. is 478DPF55892842.

Ashisbishw19, as of 2018, consumers won't be getting a physical EMI card; instead, we should use the digital card. Download the Bajaj Wallet app from the PlayStore or Appstore to use it. Since your card status is active, you should be able to use the digital card anywhere. The system works with OTP through mobile number.
