With reference to your telephonic massage dated 19.06.2023 regarding details of EMI which have been deducted from July, 2023 wherein it is mentioned that my txn of Rs.14, 000/- at Amazon on EMI Card, PF Rs.176, Conv. Fee Rs.117/- and CIBIL report of Rs.46/- will be added in the 1st EMI.
It is mentioned here that I have been purchased goods for Rs.14, 000/- (EMI Rs.4, 666.67 per month for three (03) months) (Customer ID :[protected] from Amazon on Bajaj Fin. EMI Card. It is also stated here that almost continuously I have been purchasing through the same EMI card which is approved by your Finance Ltd. but never received any such message regarding additional charges earlier.
In view of above, it is requested to remove the charges which is added with the 1st EMI by PF Rs.176, Conv. Fee Rs.117/- and CIBIL report of Rs.46/- and deducted only the actual charges of 1st EMI of Rs.4, 666.67.
The same may be rectified at the earliest before deduction of 1st EMI under acknowledgement through telephonic message. I shall be grateful to you for this kind act.
