I took a loan from Bajaj Finserv in 2018, and I paid it back in full between 2018 and 2019. But some charges are deducted from my bank account in the name of "Bajaj Finserv."

Already raised a query over the email. Please look into this and resolve it as soon as possible.

      They deducted money from my acount rs 117 without any information and reason ..i haven't used their services still they deduct money ..and not going to refund tha money

        Hello,

        I never applied for loan and provided any consent to Bajaj finance for the loan query but still they run the query for the loan resulting in the damage of my CIBIL score.
        I would like to remove the query and upgrade my score at the score at the earliest.

          Two wheeler Loan Fraud

          Hello, I am Rajendra Kumar. Recently I have applied for car loan but after further processing I didn't got the loan approved because my CIBIL score was very low as it is showing an active loan from 04/11/2016 of Two wheeler of ₹45000 from Bajaj Fin Ltd in which it is showing me as Individual owner. But I have not taken any two wheeler loan from Bajaj Fin Ltd. And it was processed without my knowledge and as fraud thus affecting my CIBIL...

          Term loan to Flexi loan

          During covid i was told by one of the advisor that i can convert my loan to flexi loan and i can pay only interest and after that the loan will be converted to normal term loan after 12 months but nothing has happened and everytime i call to address this issue they say it will be not change and i need to pay interest until i dont have money to pay off my loan...

            There is fraud transaction happened of Rs 117 on our Citibank account. I have not authorised it nor I have any loans or emi with bajaj however there is no transaction shown on bajaj site please help me to get the refund

                Over the past two years that is 2022 and now 2023 from my Karnataka bank account money debited 117rupees, I have no such account in bajaj consumer finance, it is forgery from bajaj without any intimation or account details they don't have rights to get money from us. Such a cheap business

                      I have diligently made all my EMI payments through the Bajaj Finserv application between the 20th and 30th of every month, as specified by your company. However, despite making timely payments through the designated payment option within the application, Bajaj Finserv continues to debit the amount from my account on the second day of each month. This inconsistency has resulted in numerous instances of insufficient balance in my account, leading to substantial charges levied by HDFC Bank.

                      To exacerbate the situation, Bajaj Finserv has never provided any prior notification or indication that the EMI amount will be debited through the National Automated Clearing House (NACH) from my HDFC Bank account. Furthermore, even after careful review of the terms and conditions stated in the agreement, I could not find any mention of the specific payment method. This lack of clarity and transparency has caused great inconvenience and financial burden on my part.

                      Currently, there is a pending amount of Rs. 789 for Loan Account Number: 595ECFJD759800 that needs to be paid to Bajaj Finserv. Despite my earnest attempts to make the payment through the application, I am unable to do so as it consistently shows an error message stating that online payment cannot be made. Consequently, Bajaj Finserv still tries to auto-debit the amount from my account, leading to additional bouncing charges and currently my EMI Card is blocked due to this issue, as u can thoroughly check my past payment habits as i do regular payments to Bajaj Finserv Application

                        My Loan account on bajaj finserve number is flexi hybrid loan P454PGD7447417
                        This agent promised me that he will return the credit vidya financial fitness report fees which is 6999 once the loan account will be disbursed his mobile number is [protected] and also the half of the flexi fees will be returned as cashback which is 3999rs now he blocked my number and not picking up the call loan i have taken on 16th April 2023. I Also raised the request for returning the money but they are asking for written proof where they that they will return.

                            Hello,

                            I just received a call from your agent for some loans. I said i was not interested and not to disturb me often as i am keeping on getting multiple calls throughout the day sometimes and it was frustrating. Your agent asked to set some DND setting on my side. I told him i can do that if i get it from the same no but since i am getting it from multiple nos, asked him to set it on his side so that your system doesnt call me back again.

                            But your agent was not polite and mishandled me in the worst possible ways. Is this the way you treat your potential customers on call? Your agents torturing time and again to avail loans from multiple phone numbers is irritating.

                            I asked him to pull his manager or his higher authority on call to resolve this issue. But he was hesitant and sounded confident that even if I raise a grievance request, it would not be taken care by the management. He also challenged to take what ever actions to take but he would go unharmed.

                            Hence I sincerely request you take serious action against the agent and please train your agents on customer handling skills. And mainly, please do not disturb us if we have once said we dont require any loans.

                            I would expect an update on the series of actions that was taken on the grievance raised rather than sending an automated/generalised reply that the grievance has been taken care.

                            Update1: have also tagged a post on twitter and facebook. Lets see how it goes.

                              I want to cancel the extended warranty of cpp asset care for the SAMSUNG - REFRIGERATOR I bought on EMI on 29 March 2023.

                              The extended cpp asset care policy started on 2 May 2023.

                              My loan account number LAN is 4L60CDJK190720.

                              I want to cancel this cpp asset care policy, I have contacted the customer service several times, but no one really helped me regarding this problem.
                              Please help me to solve this problem.

                                  i had not applied this card and I don't have any card, then why such
                                  type of statement is received on my mail id in which they claim due
                                  amount is Rs.5549, what is the meaning of this?

                                  Moreover i am not able to open the statement and unable to contact at

                                    I hade purchase mobile with bajaj EMI in the month of april 2022.And EMI due date is 2nd of each month for 6 month, but I paid all EMI on 1st of each month still there is overdue charges included . On the period of 4th Emi I received xall regarding mandate issue. But that is not my fault this issue arrive suddenly from your side even I paid my all EMI before due date.still your executive visited to the home address without my permission that is too disappointing . Even many times on calls also I'm explaining all the things that is not my fault so you just waived off it .and close it I don't want to continue with this kind of stuffs.even your telecaller exicutive also talking manner as soo bad, the way they talk its looks like abusive . So I'm requesting that kindly resolve my query as soon as possible.
