I have made an advance emi payment as usual like everytime I do. But there was an auto deduction of amount from my bank account. The problem is these deduction is not reflecting in my emi status. And how many times I have reached out to customer care. There is no response...

i had not applied this card and I don't have any card, then why such

I hade purchase mobile with bajaj EMI in the month of april 2022.And EMI due date is 2nd of each month for 6 month, but I paid all EMI on 1st of each month still there is overdue charges included . On the period of 4th Emi I received xall regarding mandate issue. There are no offline partners also there are not lot of options online to be used with this card. I have never ever used it to the date and feel like this is one of the most useless cards I have ever seen. I don't want to have it just temporarily blocked to be reactivated later and I also don't feel comfortable knowing that my personal documents and information is with them. So I request you to kindly permanently delete my finserv account...

RBL Bajaj Finserv has auto-debited 117.00 Rs from my HDFC account.

I have never given auto-debit access to RBL.

What is the reason for this deduction? I had no outstanding on this card for the last 30 days.

If we pay less amount on the card, RBL places more than 3 % charges.

Need refund with additional charges.
