There are no offline partners also there are not lot of options online to be used with this card. I have never ever used it to the date and feel like this is one of the most useless cards I have ever seen. I don't want to have it just temporarily blocked to be reactivated later and I also don't feel comfortable knowing that my personal documents and information is with them. RBL Bajaj Finserv has auto-debited 117.00 Rs from my HDFC account.

I have never given auto-debit access to RBL.

What is the reason for this deduction? I had no outstanding on this card for the last 30 days.

If we pay less amount on the card, RBL places more than 3 % charges.
