An amount of rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of HDFC bank without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. Although i dont taken any loan from bajaj finance. I totally don't understand after 2+ year they apply these kind of charges which are totally irrelevant.

    I'm Karthikeyan Logasamy, i bought a mobile phone from poorvika mobiles along with powerbank and insurance worth around 20, 000 and i borrowed a loan from Bajajfinserv for 6 months emi plan and paid all due with 2 due in delayed time. I was asked to pay late fee along with due on next emi time and i paid 2 time s with every emi to finish all late fee.so that i managed to pay all due and closed the loan as soon as possible.after 2 years till now they are asking me to pay late fee which i allready paid.kindly resolve my problem and take necessary action against them

        Paid my emi on june 2nd via gpay ..but it didnt reflect in my statement ..then i got a call from bajaj finserv ..he told me that i have to pay the overdues and this payment will adjust for next month emi ...and assured me that the bounced charges will refund ..he will raise a request ...
        i paid my dues on time ..but from your side it wsnt reflecting...
        take some action against it otherwise i sue you, , ...

              Hello Team,

              I have taken a personal loan from the Bajaj finserve which they called it as overdraft by charging the 14.5% interest rate per annum basis. During the loan processing they haven't inform about the flexi and Credit Vidya fees which they charged me without any consent apart from processing fees and administrative charges. Which was 9, 998/- in total 4, 999/- each.
              Kindly file a complaint against them and seeking your help to get this amount to be refunded.

                I made payment of my emi on date before they auto debit the amount from account. They failed to auto debit the amount because i had already paid the amount and there was insufficient Balence in my account. Still they gave me an over due charge of rs. 450 saying that I over due my emi.

                  I have purchased a washing machine from my emi card ...on 2nd of every month emi deduct from my account ..my loan account no. 78KRCDJB571468...but this month i have paid my emi on time but it was not reflecting in my statement ..transcation was completed from my side on time .but they are sending me messeges for emi overdue..and with this they have fined me extra charges but i have paid my dues on time so why should i pay extra amount with it and also money of emi deducted from my account..

                        I took a loan from Bajaj Finserv in 2018, and I paid it back in full between 2018 and 2019. But some charges are deducted from my bank account in the name of "Bajaj Finserv."

                              I never applied for loan and provided any consent to Bajaj finance for the loan query but still they run the query for the loan resulting in the damage of my CIBIL score.
                              I would like to remove the query and upgrade my score at the score at the earliest.

Recently I have applied for car loan but after further processing I didn't got the loan approved because my CIBIL score was very low as it is showing an active loan from 04/11/2016 of Two wheeler of ₹45000 from Bajaj Fin Ltd in which it is showing me as Individual owner. But I have not taken any two wheeler loan from Bajaj Fin Ltd. And it was processed without my knowledge and as fraud thus affecting my CIBIL...

                                Term loan to Flexi loan

                                During covid i was told by one of the advisor that i can convert my loan to flexi loan and i can pay only interest and after that the loan will be converted to normal term loan after 12 months but nothing has happened and everytime i call to address this issue they say it will be not change and i need to pay interest until i dont have money to pay off my loan...

                                  There is fraud transaction happened of Rs 117 on our Citibank account. I have not authorised it nor I have any loans or emi with bajaj however there is no transaction shown on bajaj site please help me to get the refund
