Hello Sir/M'am,

I have taken Bajaj Finance for my Iphone 5s and my loan account number is 421DPF23739189. I just now had a look into my statement there was a term called Subvention charge of Rs 2233/- I want to know the exact reason why it has been mentioned like that ????

I have already paid 9 EMIs which is Rs 1834*9 = Rs 16506/- and still have 3 Month EMI pending which is Rs 5502/- which is outstanding.

I have been billed for the invoice of Rs 22, 000/-. If there is any other charge more than the invoiced amount it will be taking up this to consumer forum. I have not been informed any other charges during the time of billing or no document proof has been given to me regarding the same.

Kindly clarify the same.

I am getting repeated calls from the company regarding their product marketing. I am not interested in any of their loans/offers. Its a nuisance for me to receive 10 calls & 20 messages daily which affects all my works. The messages are addressed in different name and not me. After complaint to customer care also no response.
