Bajaj Finserv — threatening phone calls from bajaj finance advocate for unfair reasons

Dear sir/madam

Last friday ie. Apr 19th, 2019 good friday i received a call from dinakaran said that you should to court today afternoon as your case is today for hearing.
After further inquiry he asked me to discuss with his senior anuradha advocate. After spoke with her she said you signed one form that you owed one insurance loan from bajaj and now you need to pay 20, 052 inr by today (19 apr 2019) 3:30 ist pm
I was surprised when got the information from her that a case is filed (She didnt say case number or saaid signed documents).

She told me that there is due to bajaj finace company she gave me threatening that i have to pay this otherwise she will block my cbil and other legal documets
And pay by online or at bajaj center to pay the amount with penalty.
I asked my relative to pay in person but bajaj center cashier said that you only need to pay 400 as overdue but this was not your mistake colection person didnt collect the overdue during ypour last emi.
She threatended me like how you have signed the documents without reading the lines but i didnt signed anything like this for any insurance.

It was surprised me because i have purchased a samsun-lcd on sep'2010 and bajaj finance finance it but all the dues were clear.
There was nothing to pay. There was no post or mail or communication from bajaj or either tis kind of advocates. After 10 years they are asking you havent pay and show me the noc. Since i have paid all my emi i didnt expect noc. Now bajaj scenter said you can send mail to head office that will be cleared and i sent mail as well.

I have been physically and mentaly harassed by your concerned person anuradha intentionally and frequently calling during my working hours.
This kind o[censored]nfair activities was not expected from renowned concern like bajaj finance ltd. Bajaj finserv
I would once again request you to close the matter immediately or i will be forced to go to consumer forum and portal for centralized public grievance redress and monitoring system (Cpgrams) and even post on facebook.
