[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — unauthorised recovery | |||
I am ketna majithiya, took a personal loan from your jamnagar branch before 9, month ago. I have repaid installment regularly. But due to deduction of income tax I have not paid this month installment. Branch staff are torture me to pay installment since 20 days and thretaning me also. They have also come at home twice.This type of staff behaviour is not acceptable. I have also told him to pay installment as early as. I request you to take action against staff. i have returned the product to dealer because of damage product and dealer sent you a confirmation email for returned product. me too sent you dealers confirmation email.
but you dont take any action till now.
i am harrassed from 15 days.
if both customer and dealers have settled everything then why you cheat us to say again n again want to give email.
why i paid emi if we returned the product.
